The Combination Of XIAP And MVD Distinction Is Related To Postoperative Prognosis For Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective: To explore the distinction between XIAP and MVD in human hepatocellular carcinoma,and try to evaluate prognosis by this way.Methods: Select hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery,First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in February 2012 to December 2013,93 cases of radical resection of hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissue samples,through comparative analysis of immunohistochemical method for coloring,XIAP and MVD in carcinoma edges and Central necrosis-free area between the expression,different patients' expression.Finding out the distinctions,and trying to applying for grouping of human hepatocellular carcinoma.By analysing the distinctions,matching with the clinical data of various sections and the prognosis of different inquiry XIAP and MVD in classification,and finding out the value of this method in assessment of liver cancer patients' prognosis.Result: In patients with hepatocellular carcinoma,the tissues in cancer and para-cancer cirrhotic liver,the expression of XIAP and MVD difference and the difference can be detected.The XIAP in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and para-cancer cirrhotic liver,expression rates were respectively 86%?83%,higher expression rates were 30%,31%,CD34 expression rates were 100%?100%,MVD high rates were 72%,17%.The XIAP expression rates in hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent liver cirrhosis were no difference(P>0.05),but the MVD high expression rates in hepatocellular have a significant difference(P<0.05).In 93 patients,specimens in different parts of the same organization,having the distinct between the expression of XIAP or MVD.In different patients,liver tissue high expression rates of XIAP and MVD have the significantly different(P=0.02<0.05),but the close adjacent'different slightly(P>0.05).To different patients,the expression of XIAP and MVD,high or low,have a significant difference(P=0.00<0.05).According to the expression of XIAP and MVD,patients can be divided into Group1-4 groups,MVD/XIAP all high ? MVD high/XIAP low?MVD high/ XIAP low,MVD/XIAP all low.The age?gender?HBV distribution?Child-Pugh grading?tumor size?micro-vascular violations situation and capsule exist or not,all no have statistics differences(P>0.05),but Edmondson grading and TNM staging was significant between group differences(P<0.05),the higher grades in Group1-4 respectively for 65%?43%?0%,and 32%,and more serious TNM stages is 69%?39%?0% and 41 % respectively.The patients with high expression of XIAP and MVD,have more serious tumor grade and stage,and malignant degree is higher.The tumor-free survival and overall survival rate after surgery in four groups,have a significant difference(P=0.00<0.05),Group1'patients have a poor prognosis,Group4'patients are well relatively,and Group2 in middle,but the Group3,having a very very few samples,this kind of patients' prognosis needs analysis in detail.Conclusion: The distinction of XIAP and MVD in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma,can devide postoperative patients into four groups.The patients of MVD/XIAP all higher expression with more worse postoperative tumor-free survival,overall survival rates after the first surgery,MVD/XIAP all low patients obviously better,patients with MVD high/ XIAP low expression is in middle,MVD low/ XIAP high is special and the prognosis is pending.
