Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chloasma With Beauty No.1 Decoction Combined With Homemade Mask

Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate whether the clinical efficacy of Beauty No.1 Decoction combined beauty mask was different from that of oral reduced glutathione tablets.At the same time,we observed the changes of the lesion area,the color of skin lesions and the clinical symptoms of the chloasma patients before and after treatment,and whether there were any adverse reactions in the process.Methods:The 80 chloasma patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40);In the course of the experiment,some patients did not take the medicine according to the requirement,The treatment group dropped 2 cases,there are now 38 cases,The control group off 3 cases,now 37 cases;The treatment group was treated with oral beauty No.1 decoction combined with topical beauty mask,The control group was treated with oral Reduced Glutathione Tablets combined with topical beauty mask;One course of treatment was 4 weeks,observation cycle for 12 weeks.After 12 weeks,the change of the lesion area,the color of skin lesions and the clinical symptoms of TCM in the treatment group and the control group were observed and recorded,and the curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed;Observe whether there are adverse reactions during treatment.Finally,all the data are processing analysis by SPSS software.Result:(1)before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the area of skin lesions,skin color score and TCM syndrome score(P>0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of treatment,the skin lesion area,color score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups of chloasma patients were statistically different(P<0.05).In the curative effect,the total effective rate was 86.8%in the treatment group and 62.1%in the control group,and the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:1?Beauty No.1 decoction combined with homemade mask can significantly improve the patients before and after treatment of melasma skin lesions and TCM syndromes.2?Beauty No.1 decoction combined with self-made mask during the treatment of chloasma patients has less adverse reactions and higher safety.
