| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warming lung and Resolving Phlegm Decoction on AECOPD(Yang deficiency and phlegm heat syndrome)and its effect on serum IL-23.Methods:68 cases of AECOPD were chosen from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine clinic(Yang deficiency and phlegm heat syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases),The two groups were treated with cefaclor and doxofylline,and the treatment group was given warm lung Huatan Decoction,the control group was given Shenbei kechuanwan.The course of treatment was 10 days.The improvement of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,white blood cell count,comprehensive curative effect and serum IL-23 in two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.The warm of the lung and Phlegm Decoction for the treatment of AECOPD(Yang deficiency and phlegm heat syndrome)clinical efficacy,the total effective rate was 93.75%,compared with the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),curative effect was better than the control group,no adverse reactions.2.Warm lung Huatan Decoction could effectively improve the syndrome of TCM,especially in cough,white sputum,shortness of breath,wheezing and aversion to cold,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Patients in the two groups before and after treatment,the FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of lung function was improved,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.The white blood cell count of the two groups before and after treatment were decreased,there was statistical significance(P<0.05),there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.5.The two groups of drugs could effectively improve the comprehensive evaluation of patients,before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the treatment group was better than the control group.6.The two groups of drugs could reduce the content of IL-23 in the serum of patients,before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Warm lung Huatan Decoction in treating AECOPD(Yang deficiency and phlegm heat syndrome)clinical curative effect,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients,especially in cough,white sputum,fear of cold areas.2.Warm lung Phlegm Decoction could reduce the white blood cell count and improve the level of comprehensive evaluation of patients.3.Warm lung Phlegm Decoction could effectively reduce the content of IL-23 in serum of patients with AECOPD(Yang deficiency and phlegm heat syndrome). |
