Exploration Research On The Effect Of Different Interval Sintreating Knee Osteoarthritis With Electroacupuncture

Objective:In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at different time intervals in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and explored the best effective frequency of electro-acupuncture in the treatment of chronic knee joint pain caused by knee osteoarthritis.The best time interval for reference.Method:This study selected 2016.3-2016.9 period,in the Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to the Second Hospital of acupuncture and moxibustion clinic to recruit patients to collect in line with the inclusion of 90 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients with clinical observation.The subjects were randomly divided into three groups:the treatment group,the treatment group on the 6th day,the next day treatment group,each group of 30 cases.Treatment:Select the four points EX-LE4?ST34?ST35?SP10,acupuncture after Shi Ping fill the law,so that the points were gas,take two groups of wires were cross-linked(EX-LE4-ST34,ST35-SP10)four points,the two positive in the knee,the negative in the next,connected to the electrotherapy instrument,adjusted to 2/100 Hz amplitude sparse wave,the current intensity of the patient in the patient feel the maximum comfort,Leaving the needle time for 30min.4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.After the end of treatment,the total effective rate and VAS score and WOMAC knee function scale were evaluated.Results:1.Pain score comparison[VAS?WOMAC(pain)]:Intra group comparison,there was no statistical significance in the waiting group(p>0.05),but significant differences in the alternate day treatment group and the six days apart treatment group(p<0.01).There was significant difference between the alternate day treatment group and waiting group,as well as the six days apart treatment group and waiting group(p<0.01).There was no significant difference of VAS between the alternate day treatment group and the six days apart treatment group(p>0.05).There was significant difference of WOMAC(pain)between the alternate day treatment group and the six days apart treatment group(p<0.05).It indicated that electroacupuncture treatment can improve the pain symptoms of knee joint,and the curative effect of the alternate day treatment group is better than that of the six days apart treatment group.2.Functional score comparison[WOMAC?WOMAC(function)]:Intra group comparison,there was no statistical significance in the waiting group(p>0.05),but significant differences in the alternate day treatment group and the six days apart treatment group(p<0.01).There was significant difference between the alternate day treatment group and waiting group,as well as the six days apart treatment group and waiting group(p<0.01).There was significant difference between the alternate day treatment group and the six days apart treatment group(p<0.01).It indicated that electroacupuncture treatment can improve knee function,and the curative effect of the alternate day treatment group is better than that of the six days apart treatment group.3.Stiffness score comparison[WOMAC(stiffness)]:Intra group comparison,there was no statistical significance in the waiting group(p>0.05),but significant differences in the alternate day treatment group and the six days apart treatment group(p<0.01).There was no significant difference between the six days apart treatment group and waiting group(p>0.05).There was significant difference between the alternate day treatment group and waiting group(p<0.05),as well as alternate day treatment group and the six days apart treatment group(p<0.05).It indicated that electroacupuncture treatment can improve the stiffness of knee joint,and the curative effect of the alternate day treatment group is better than that of the six days apart treatment group.4.Clinical efficacy:After treatment,the total effective rate of waiting group was 0;the six day treatment group was 14.28%;alternate day treatment group was 86.21%.There was significant difference between the alternate day treatment group and the six day treatment group(p<0.01).It showed that the alternate day treatment group had better curative effect.Conclusion:1.Both the alternate day treatment group and the six day treatment group have clinical curative effect,can improve the symptoms of patients with osteoarthritis of knee,such as function and stiffness and pain.However,the waiting group did not improve the knee symptoms.2.The alternate day treatment group is superior to the six day treatment group,which can obviously alleviate the pain of the patients,improve the limited function of joints and stiffness symptoms.
