Objective:To use homemade gloves combine low frequency stimulation therapy in improving stroke affected wrist-hand function reconstruction of therapeutic treatment options.Method:Select60cases patients random are divided into two groups:1. External electrodes placement:(1) that a set of electrodes placed on extensor Carpi Radialis, extensor muscle, and (2) another set of electrodes placed in the flexor Carpi Radialis, Palmaris Longus muscle. Set up gives the flexors alternating low-frequency electrical stimulation, and Harbin Institute of technology Robotics Institute jointly developed flexors alternating stimulation, waveform selected as discontinuous waves, frequency is50Hz, wrist to wrist, hand over outreach, fingers stretched6s-adduction2s-wrist rest, finger flexion2s6s-rest of cyclical movements.1times daily,30minutes each time, treatment for30consecutive days.2. Controlled group:patients coping lying bit or good limb bit posture, in wrist men pad a about5cm high and wide of objects, to makes wrist Department relax, take shoulder Yu, and arm row, and patio, and hand three in, and outside shut, and hes six a points giving by selected points General disinfection, using Hua Tuo cards1.5~2inch no bacteria acupuncture needle acupuncture points, this six a points by order221group connection to Inti cards KWD-808ii multifunction pulse electrotherapy instrument, waveform selected for continuous wave, frequency for2Hz.1times daily,30minutes each time, treatment for30consecutive days. Range of motion measurement-ROM measurement, Lindmark scale for grading, Barthel ADL index table, neurologic impairment rating evaluation of the group before and after treatment of the wrist movements of the hand function.Results:1.After treatment, wrist and handrange of motion measuring measuring-ROM score before treatment improved, comparing the two groups, P﹤0.01, both groups have significant differences, indicating that the two treatment methods to improve the range of motion of the wrist are with treatment group; groups then were compared between groups P﹤0.01, significant difference between the treatment group on improving the efficacy of wrist range of motion than the control group2. After treatment, both groups Lindmark (wrist, hand) scores improved than before treatment, were compared in the two groups P﹤0.01, two groups were significantly different, indicating that the two treatment methods for improving the wrist, and with motor function were treated with; two further comparison between groups, P﹤0.01, significant difference, indicating improvement in the treatment group in the wrist, the hand movement function effective than the control group.3. After treatment, both groups Barthel ADL Index scores improved than before treatment, comparing, P﹤0.01, two groups were statistically significant differences in the two groups, indicating that the two treatment methods to improve upper extremity function in daily life are therapeutic groups with; two further comparison between groups, P﹤0.01, significant difference, indicating improvement in the treatment group on the efficacy of upper limb function in daily life than the control group4.After treatment, both groups Lovett improve muscle strength score than before treatment, to compare the two groups, P﹤0.05, both groups have significant differences, indicating that the two treatment methods to improve the wrist, the hand strength are therapeutic groups with; two further comparison between groups, P﹤0.05, significant difference, indicating improvement in the treatment group wrist, the hand muscle effective than the control group5.Of neurological deficit upper score showed that the treatment group. The total effective rate was90.0%in the control group was63.3%, the treatment group was significantly higher, indicating that the treatment group than the control group.Conclusions:1. Flexion and extension of the low-frequency alternating electrical stimulation therapy can improve the ipsilateral wrist, hand and wrist joint range of motion, hand strength, improve ipsilateral wrist, hand motor function and activities of daily living.2.Flexion and extension of the low-frequency alternating electrical stimulation therapy are better than the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment, resulting in improving the efficacy of the active muscles and electrophysiological function.
