Research background and purposeBecause the female hysterectomy for various diseases are more common, and postoperative nausea and vomiting(Postoperative nausea and vomiting,PONV)is one of the most common complications of patients after surgery, not only to increase the patient's pain, also affect the operation recovery and even cause serious complications. Therefore, prevention and reduction of postoperative nausea and vomiting can accelerate the recovery of patients ?Although available drugs is numerous, but so far there is no clear some kind of drug is best suited for particular patients or specific operation, extensive use of other drugs, can not effectively reduce PONV,and should be reasonable use of two different types of drugs, the combined use of effects on different receptor sites anti-vomiting medicine more effectively than a single drug prevention, but different mechanisms of drugs combined application could increase the incidence of side effects. In recent years,non-drug treatment has been concerned, traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint stimulation are combined, the acupoint stimulation is closely related to the internal organs, and the function plays a regulatory role.In TCM,it is easy to operate and expose the holes in the cave. This study aims to cut by observing the whole uterus patients wearing wristbands can prevent and reduce the pressure of uterus cut all postoperative nausea and vomiting, and then discusses the traditional Chinese medicine closed in acupoint stimulation for prevention and treatment of patients with uterine full cut the feasibility of PONV,also provide certain reference for subsequent promotion and related research.Objects and methodsApproved by the ethics committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2016 to July in our hospital and treated uterine myoma and / or adenomyosis,82 cases of patients, screening conditions were: ASA grade I-II,ECG showed no bradycardia,no history of hypertension, age 30 ~ 65 years old and the weight of 50 to 80 kg,select the patients were randomly divided into study group A and control group C group of 41 cases. The analgesia pump group C postoperative analgesia pump were sufentanil 2? g/kg+ tropisetron 4mg+ dexamethasone 10mg;study group A group on the basis of the control group in patients with wrist pressure neiguan.Records of patients including age, type of disease, related content height, operation time, bleeding volume, weight, respectively after 12 h,24h and 48 h were evaluated with the treatment of nausea and vomiting, the incidence of adverse reactions by SAS and SDS respectively before and after surgery,48 h patients with depression, anxiety and evaluation after. This study adopt SPSS 22.0 statistical data processing, measuring data such as: age, height, weight, operation time, blood loss, writing format for average + /-standard deviation, and using t test, counting data such as: disease types, vomiting, and USES the percentage incidence of adverse reactions, using chi-square test, rank data such as ASA sizing, malignant, degree of anxiety and depression using Ridit value calculation, data comparison groups in different time by single factor variance test, comparing with independent samples t test between groups, with P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Result1.There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The number of cases and nausea of 12 h after operation group A were lower than the control group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Postoperative 24 h cases of nausea were lower than the control group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Postoperative 48 h cases of nausea were lower than the control group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The total incidence of vomiting in the group A in 12 h,24h and 48 h was lower than in the control group C The difference is statistically significant(P< 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the degree of depression and anxiety between the two groups(P > 0.05).The degree of 48 h depression and anxiety in the A group were lower than those in the C group(P < 0.05).5.The group A group was lower than the control group C,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05)ConclusionClosed in cave acupoint stimulation can be safely used in patients with hysterectomy, can reduce the incidence of uterine full PONV after cutting and its degree, bad mood, relieve patients postoperative adverse reactions, the effect is safe and effective, has clinical value.
