Objective:In this study,we examined the expression of IKK?,Dyrk1B in endometrial carcinoma,to explore the role of IKK?,Dyrk1B in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance,and then explore whether it can serve as a new clinical therapeutic target.Methods:Immunohistochemistry staining method was employed to determine the protein expression of IKK?,Dyrk1B in various specimens.The specimens were taken from 107 patients who had a diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma and received the hysterectomy from January of 2011 to September of 2014.59 cases with endometrial carcinoma was randomly selected,from which 59 cases of peritumoral normal endometrium were also taken correspondingly as the control group.Meanwhile,we did the follow-up visit to those 59 patients,and the correaltionship of IKK?,Dyrk1B expression and different clinicopathological factors of endometrial carcinoma was also analyzed.SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software is used for data analysis,assuming that the significant level of test p <0.05 was statistically significant.Results :(1)IKK? was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm.In 59 cases of endometrial carcinoma,53 cases(89.8%)were highly expressed,while in 59 cases of normal endometrial tissue,40 cases(67.8%)were highly expressed(P <0.05).In addition,the expression of IKK? protein was not correlated with patient age,FIGO stage,histopathological grade,pathological type,serum CA125 level,whether it was combined hypertension,diabetes mellitus,menopause or not,and survival time.(2)Dyrk1B protein was expressed in the nucleus and / or cytoplasm.Of the 59 cases of endometrial carcinoma,48 cases(81.4%)were highly expressed,while in 59 cases of normal endometrial tissue,37 cases(62.7%)were highly expressed(P <0.05).In addition,the expression of Dyrk1B protein was not correlated with age,FIGO stage,histopathological grade,pathologic type,histopathological grade,histopathological grade,histopathological grade,Serum CA125 levels,whether it was combined hypertension,diabetes mellitus,menopause or not,and survival time.Conclusion:1.IKK? overexpression in endometrial carcinoma,and its corresponding adjacent normal endometrial expression was statistically significant,suggesting that IKK? may be involved in the process of endometrial cancer2.Dyrk1B overexpression in endometrial carcinoma,and its corresponding adjacent normal endometrial expression was statistically significant,suggesting that Dyrk1B may be related to the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer.
