| ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of WT1 in Endometrial Diseases and its clinical significance for the incidence of endometrial carcinoma and evaluation for prognosis.MethodControl group:10 cases including 5 of proliferative endometrium and 5 of secretory endometrium.Experimental group:83 cases including 10 of endometrial hyperlpasia,33 of atypical proliferation,40 of endometrial carcinoma.Detect the expression of WT1 in these cases with immunohistochemistry.Results1,Expression of WT1 in endometrial hyperplasia atypical proliferation have no statistical significance between the control group and experimental group (P>0.05).The expression of WT1 obviously increase in endometrial carcinoma and there is significance (P<0.01) compared with control group.2,The positive rate of WT1 is correlation with the clinical phase (P<0.05), grade of cellular differentiation (P<0.05) and lymphonode metastasis (P<0.05).ConclusionsWT1 is related to the incidence and development of endometrial carcinoma. The over expression WT1 indicates a poor prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma. |
