Ovarian cancer, which is easy to transfer and widespread,is a kind of the ovar ian malignant tumors and always lacks of typical symptoms and positive signs at the early stage.70%-80%of patients were diagnosed with advanced cancer. As the leading cause to death of the female reproductive system, the ovarian cance r's probability of survival after 5 years on average is about 30%.Therefore,the most significant treatment principles for ovarian cancer are early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment. As early as 1865,for the first time,Trousseau ro se the theory that tumor was a thrombotic disease and patients suffering from c ancers were easy to exist hypercoagulability, with or without inflammation. After years of research, scholars now generally believe that patients with malignant tu mors are often accompanied by high level of blood viscosity and hypercoagulabil ity.Fibrinogen is considered to be the primary factor of increasing blood viscosit y except the red blood cells. In recent years, more research on the correlation b etween plasma fibrinogen(FIB)and ovarian cancer have been done and more fo reign scholars believe that about 40%of patients with ovarian cancer were assoc iated with hyperfibrillarogenemia before the surgeries. But the present study show s that the relationship between the increased level of plasma FIB and the clinical factors of ovarian cancer are still on debate.Epithelial ovarian malignant tumor is the most common form, about 90 percent, clinically known as ovarian epithel ial cancer(EOC).This article focus on researching the charactor of plasma FIB in the process of diagnosis and antidiastoleepithelial of the ovarian cancer and ev aluating the prognosis. Objective:To investigate the relationship between preoperative plasma FIB levels and clinical factors in patients with epithelial malignant tumors,to explore the differential diagnosis of FIB levels in epithelial ovarian malignancies and to assess the impact on prognosis.Materials and Methods:1.Collected from January 2008 to December 2011 during the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University due to ovarian epithelial malignant tumor treatment of 78 patients, selected follow-up and clinical data integrity of the 60 cases as the experimental group(EOC group). The follow-up period was 1 month to 60 months after the end of December 2016.30 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate of 50.00%(30/60).60 patients with ovarian epithelial benign tumor were selected as the control group. The levels of preoperative plasma FIB and the level of preoperative serum FIB and the level of serum CA125 in the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. The clinical factors And postoperative recurrence.2.In this study,FIB>4g/L was defined as increased;serum CA125 detection threshold of 35U/ml,more than this value increased;to peritoneal effusion>200mI defined as ascites.3.Preoperative FIB levels were compared with preoperative CA125 levels, pathologic types, histological grade,FIGO(International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology)surgery-pathologic stage, residual foci and ascites.SPSS 21.0 statistical software for analysis,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:(1)Ovarian epithelial tumor age:ovarian epithelial malignant tumor patients with an average age of 46.03 ± 13.30 years, the range of 17-74 years;ovarian epithelial benign tumor patients with an average age of 50.10 ± 13.02 years old, range 21-75 years(P ?0.088>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.088>0.05).(2)Ovarian epithelial malignant tumor patients with preoperative plasma FIB levels increased significantly higher than the proportion of benign tumors were statistically significant, and the difference was significant.(3)Among the 60 cases of ovarian epithelial malignant tumors, there were 51 cases of CA125>35U/ml,25 cases(49.02%)of FIB increased,9 cases of CA125?35U/ml,of which only 1 case of FIB increased,Accounting for 11.11%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, indicating that preoperative FIB and CA125 levels have the same increasing trend.(4)There were 25 cases of early stage of ovarian epithelial malignant tumor(? + ?),of which 6 cases of preoperative FIB increased, accounting for 24.00%;late stage(?+?)patients with 35 cases, which preoperative FIB increased by 20 Cases, accounting for 57.14%.There were significant differences between the two groups in statistical results. It is suggested that FIB is highly expressed in advanced stage of ovarian epithelial malignant tumor.(5)In the 48 cases of poorly differentiated ovarian epithelial malignant tumors, preoperative plasma FIB increased in 24 cases, accounting for 50.00%;12 cases of well-differentiated ovarian epithelial malignant tumors, preoperative plasma FIB increased 2 cases, accounting for 16.67%.The difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the proportion of preoperative FIB levels in poorly differentiated patients was relatively high.(6)Among the 60 cases of ovarian epithelial malignant tumors, not accompanied by ascites in 30 cases, including FIB increased in 9 cases, accounting for 30.00%;accompanied by ascites in 30 cases, including FIB increased in 17 cases, accounting for 56.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, indicating that ascites with epithelial ovarian cancer patients, preoperative FIB increased the proportion of larger.(7)60 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were followed up for 1 month to 60 months.Preoperative FIB increased in 26 cases,of which 18 cases of recurrence, recurrence probability of 69.23%;preoperative FIB normal 34 cases,of which 12 cases of recurrence, the recurrence probability of 35.29%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, suggesting that preoperative FIB expression of high levels of ovariaepn ithelial malignant tumor recurrence rate was significantly higher. Conclusion:The proportion of preoperative FIB levels in patients with ovarian epithelial malignant tumors was significantly higher than that in benign tumors, indicating that preoperative FIB levels have important reference value in identifying benign and malignant ovarian epithelial tumors. In patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, preoperative FIB levels often appear in high levels of CA125 expression, late stage, lower differentiation, accompanied by ascites in patients, indicating that FIB levels with the patient's disease progress and increased.Preoperative FIB levels increased significantly after the recurrence rate, suggesting that ovarian epithelial malignant tumor patients with a prognostic assessment of a certain significance.
