Objection:To explore the medical treatment of chronic nephritis patients by studying the medical records of chronic nephritis patients and analyzing the application of Sun's treatment of chronic nephritis through the database,and to discuss the potential treatment of chronic nephritis with Professor Sun Wei's academic thoughts on the treatment of chronic nephritis.In addition,I hope to provide new evidence for the clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease,from a more objective point of view,to inherite and develop Chinese medicine experience.Methods:75 cases of chronic nephritis patients who were treated by Sun Wei in Jiangsu Province were collected.352 prescriptions were collected from the patient's basic information and medical recipes.After standardized treatment,i concluded Professor Sun Wei's treatment Chronic kidney inflammation drug frequency,sexual taste,go by.The high frequency drugs were classified and analyzed by SPSS software.By analyzing the core drug combination of Professor Sun Wei in the treatment of chronic nephritis,and discussing the academic thoughts of Professor Sun Wei in combination with the research results,i wish under the law of medication.Result:Professor Sun Wei commonly used drugs for the treatment of chronic nephritis 156 taste,of which the core drugs are Astragalus,Atractylodes,Codonopsis,Shiwei,soil Fuling,the cumulative use rate of 50%,the treatment of the disease were mainly tonic drugs,Medicine,blood circulation medicine.Which tonic medicine,but also to qi-based,both blood,Yin medicine.Drug-based sweet food-based,owned by the liver,spleen,kidney-based.The final treatment of chronic nephritis potential of the new side(Astragalus,Atractylodes;stone Wei,soil Fuling,Su stems,Codonopsis,Eucommia)and(cornus,medlar,lychee grass,Rosa laevigata),the core drug Yes,Astragalus,Codonopsis;stone Wei,soil Fuling;Chuanxiong,Danggui;Zeeland,Alisma:rhubarb,corn and so on.Conclusion:This study explores the application of Sun Wei's theory of "kidney deficiency and blood stasis" in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,and the treatment concept of"dullness" and the specific drug use.
