Research On Development Strategy Of JM Hospital

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese economic society has made remarkable achievements in development,income and living standards have been greatly improved,with the Chinese is the residents’ medical consumption,medical expenditure increase.At the same time,the state vigorously promote the reform of health system,social capital poured into the medical industry,private medical institutions such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like booming,has become an important part of the health care system Chinese,hospital competition is more intense.After 2012,China economy has entered a new norm,increasing downward pressure on the economy,the slowdown in economic growth,optimization and upgrading of economic structure,the face of this new situation,the country put forward the development ideas of supply side reforms,so as such background,how to promote the hospital especially private hospitals in the stable and healthy development,how to promote the supply side structural reform in the pharmaceutical industry,enhance the medical service demand to transform the flexibility and adaptability? This is a major practical and theoretical research topic.In this paper,the JM Hospital of Pingdingshan City,Henan Province,was selected as the research object.After detailed exposition of the background,significance,research methods and the framework of the article,the paper systematically sorts out the related theories of the strategic research.Using the PEST analysis method with in-depth study of JM hospital’s internal resources and capabilities,the macro environment by using Potter’s five forces model analysis of JM outside the hospital and the competitive environment of the industry.On this basis,combined with the SWOT model,the system of JM hospital’s advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats,and to formulate corresponding strategies.The study found that JM hospital has advantages in service ability,specialty departments and property rights system,the introduction of talent,marketing and other aspects;at the same time also has high taxes,high labor costs,less capital,scientific research strength thin public hospitals have disadvantages;the new medical reform,medical support combined,high-end medical opportunities and face;regional public hospital scale,medical price control,medical disputes and other threats.This paper argues that,in order to promote the healthy and stable development of JM hospital,JM hospital needs to optimize the governance structure,advantage to expand the specialties;actively explore the combination of medical care mode,implement differential operation;to increase resource investment,improve the overall health level;strengthen internal management,improve management efficiency;the establishment of risk control system,to ensure the stability of business.This paper emphasizes the strategic choice of JM hospital to carry out the combination of medical and support services.Through the research on JM strategy of the hospital,not only the scientific development strategy for the future development of JM hospital,JM hospital,pointed out the direction,and the typical characteristics of JM hospital,a private hospital area,but also has important significance for the development of the research on the "supply side structural reform" under the private hospital.
