Objective: This topic through the observation of the improvement situation of the clinical symptoms and the quality of life in patients with functional dyspepsia,aiming to assess the efficacy of Six Yu decoction and Angelica Peony powder objectively and popularize its clinical application further.by using Six Yu decoction and Angelica Peony powder decoction to treat patients with functional dyspepsia of liver-stomach disharmony.Methods: On the basis of the randomized,controlled clinical trial principle,60 cases of patients with liver-stomach disharmony type functional dyspepsia were selected in the light of the inclusion criteria of this study,which randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases in accordance with its order of clinic visits.Treatment group was treated with Six Yu decoction and Angelica Peony powder,while the control group received Itopride Hydrochloride Capsules,4 weeks for a course of treatment.The curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the control was analyzed in parallel.Results: The overall clinical efficacy after 4 weeks: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 86.67% and 16.67%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion(s): Six Yu decoction and Angelica Peony powder achievedremarkable efficacy in promoting clinical symptoms and quality of life,etc,in patients with functional dyspepsia.And no significant adverse reactions were found.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.The comparison of individual score before and after treatment: There was no statistical difference in the individual score of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of postprandial fullness,early satiety,heartburn,two threatened fullness,chest deep sigh and Upset irritability of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01,P<0.05);While the score of upper abdominal pain,belching and acid reflux,compared with no significant difference(P>0.05),the curative effect is equivalent.
