Professor Li Weixian's Experience In Treating Infertility And Clinical Application Research

ObjectiveAccording to the retrospective study of infertility medical record wrote by professor Li Weixian,professor Li Weixian' s clinical experience about the treatment of infertility cases was summarized,and the successful treatment of infertility of his disciple Ran Qingzhen were retrospectively analyzed to explore the inheritance and development characteristics of Professor Li Weixian treatment experience of infertility in the south of the Five Ridges area,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods1.Summary of experienceAll the medical records of 40 cases 130 times of Professor Li Weixian about diagnosis and treatment of infertility from December 2012 to April 2013 in Beijing Pingxin Hall outpatient department were collected and studied retrospectively.Taking TCM theory as a guide,combining with the manuscripts of Professor Li Weixian in treating infertility and papers of him and his disciples,ect.,using frequency statistics,single case analysis and prescription retrieval methods comprehensively,we traced the commonly used prescriptions in medical records,studied the theoretical basis,and summarized the clinical experience of Professor Li Weixian in treating infertility.2.Inheritance researchAll the successful medical records of 85 cases 623 times of Doctor Ran Qingzhen about diagnosis and treatment of infertility using traditional Chinese medicine from March 2014 to March 2017 in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital outpatient department were collected and studied retrospectively.Using comparative method,frequency statistics,single case analysis and prescription retrieval methods comprehensively,we analyzed prescription medication in the treatment of infertility by Dr.Ran Qingzhen and explored the inheritance and development characteristics of Professor Li Weixian s treatment experience of infertility in the south of the Five Ridges area.Results1.The analysis of the general situation of Professor Li Weixian's infertility cases:Symptoms of white urine,drowsiness and fatigue,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,cold waist and limbs are common,reflecting asthenic disease of patient mainly;Symptoms of thin white fur in tongue,thin slippery pulse,weak are common,reflecting cold and empty patient mainly;in the aspect of prescription,according to the frequency from high to low respectively,the prescriptions are WenBaoYin,WenTuYuLiTang,TiaoJingZhongYuTang,TongLuanZhuYunTang and so on,reflecting spleen and kidney deficiency of patient mainly in the medical records;in the aspect of blood gas,the prescriptions take effect mainly from the spleen,kidney and blood gas,reflecting that Professor Li Weixian values adjusting and mending especially spleen in treating infertility;in the aspect of channel tropism,most of the drugs are about spleen meridian,which support Professor Li Weixian academic thoughts of reinforcing spleen in treating infertility.2.The analysis of professor Li Weixian treatment of infertility commonly used prescription:Respectively,classify and analyze the prescriptions of Professor Li Weixian in treating infertility from eight aspects of liver,spleen and kidney,liver and kidney,liver and spleen,spleen and kidney,blood gas,we found that,Professor Li Weixian in the treatment of infertility take syndrome differentiation as the principal thing,pay attention to restraint of the five elements,and take blood gas and eight extra-channel differentiation as a supplement.3.The analysis of the specific dosage of drugs:According to the analysis of medical records,it is found that Professor Li Weixian use more radix paeoniae alba,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Codonopsis pilosula,Morinda officinalis,Semen Cuscutae,raspberry in some prescription proportion in particular.According to the analysis of the efficacy of drugs,it is found that Professor Li Weixian in treating infertility paid special attention to tonifying spleen and kidney,invigorating Qi and nourishing blood,relieving and nourishing the liver.4.The preliminary study of academic characteristics of Professor Li Weixian treatment of infertility:Professor Li Weixian respected especially gynecology of Fu,took syndrome differentiation as the principal thing;Professor Li Weixian valued adjusting and mending especially tonifying spleen,invigorating Qi and nourishing blood;He paid attention to relieve the liver expecially nourishing liver,nourish spleen and liver at the same time,nourish kidney and liver tighter;Treat blood with purgation-tonifying.5.The application features of Professor Li Weixian's treatment experience of infertility in the south of the Five Ridges area:Dr.Ran Qingzhen applied Professor Li Weixian's experience in treatment of infertility to gynecological clinic in the south of the Five Ridges.In the treatment of anovulatory infertility it had especially significant advantages.With regard to the medication it reflected the characteristics of soothing the liver and relieving depression,invigorating Qi and nourishing blood,phlegm dampness,blood-stasis syndrome and so on.Tonifying spleen and kidney used less,which can be told that there are differences between North and South in patients.It must follow the "three factors" principle in inheritance and development of the old Chinese medicine experience.ConclusionProfessor Li Weixian in the treatment of infertility took syndrome differentiation as the principal thing,took blood gas and eight extra-channel differentiation as a supplement,respected gynecology of Fu in treatment,valued adjusting and mending especially tonifying spleen,invigorating Qi and nourishing blood;He paid attention to relieve the liver expecially nourishing liver,nourish spleen and liver at the same time,nourish kidney and liver tighter;Treat blood with purgation-tonifying.Dr.Ran Qingzhen applied Professor Li Weixian's experience in treatment of infertility to gynecological clinic in the south of the Five Ridges.The effect is certain.In the treatment of anovulatory infertility it had especially significant advantages.With regard to the
