Therapeutic Effect Of Cuboid Stereotactic Soft Channel In Patients With Severe Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To explor the effect of cuboid ctereotactic soft channel and craniotomy in treatment for patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 120 patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral haemorrhages(HICH)were treated in our hospital from September 2014 to October 2016 were enrolled in the study.,All patients were randomly divided into the observation group(Cuboid Stereotactic Soft Channel,60 cases).control group(conventional craniotomy,60 cases),clinical data of patient,preoperative hematoma volume and GCS score,onset to operation time,operation time,postoperative residual blood volume(after 1d,3d,7d)and GCS score,average length of stay;hospitalization expenses,infection rate,motility rate,rebleeding rate were compared between two groups.The GOS score,mRS score and neurological functional recovery rate in 6 months after operation were also analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time(1.52±0.27 h vs 0.23±0.05 h,P<0.001)was Significantly shorten in the observation group,there were significant differences between wo groups.The residual blood volume was lower in the observation group than that of the control group in 3d and 7d after operation(P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the average length of stay(14.45±4.44d vs 9.15±1.75d)was significantly shorten in the observation group(P<0.001).The hospitalization expenses(16,915.9 RMB vs 32,249.3 RMB)was significantly lowe in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.001).The infection and mobility rates were significance lower in the observation group compared with the control group(all P<0.05).The rebleeding rate was no statistical difference between two groups.The GOS and mRS scores were no statistical difference 6 months after operation.The neural functional recovery rate was higher in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Therapeutic of Severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by Cuboid stereotactic soft channel technique has the advantages of minimal invasion,accurate positioning,simple operation and low cost,improves the survival rate of the patient,and reduces the complications and sequelae.
