META Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Different Surgical Ways Of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective This research is to clear the deviancy of therapeutic effect followed by different treatments.Methods Search datebase such as CBM,VIP,CNKI,Pubmed,Cochrane Library and Embase.Then choose appropriate literature depends on inclusion and exclusion criteria.Use Revman5.3 to analyze date extracted from choosed literature.P < 0.05 have statistical significance.The results were showed in the forest map.Results The good outcome of microinvasive craniopuncture group is more than decompressive craniotomy group,there is a statistical significance(OR=3.52,95%CI=[2.47,5.01],P<0.01).Mortality after operation in microinvasive craniopuncture group is lower than decompressive craniotomy group,there is statistical significance(OR=0.41,95%CI=[0.21,0.79],P<0.01).The ADL scale is higher in microinvasive craniopuncture group than in decompressive craniotomy group six months after operation,there is statistical significance(MD=23.91,95%CI=[21.59,26.23],P<0.01).There is statistical significance in GOS scale between microinvasive craniopuncture group and decompressive craniotomy group(MD=1.01,95%CI=[0.84,1.19],P < 0.01).The incidence rate of complication is lower in microinvasive craniopuncture group than decompressive craniotomy group.There is statistical significance in the incidence rate of complication between microinvasive craniopuncture group and decompressive craniotomy group(OR=0.19,95%CI=[0.09,0.41],P<0.01).Conclusion Microinvasive craniopuncture group is better than decompressive craniotomy group in outcome of HICH.
