Objective:To investigate the effect of surgical intervention on the level of neuron specific enolization enzyme(NSE)and D-dimer in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and the correlation between the two marks and the prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation.In order to effectively assess the prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,and to provide a reference for improving the curative effect and reducing the rate of death after operation.Method:Included in this study between January 2013 and December 2015,southeast university affiliated zhongda hospital neurosurgery treated 58 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Immediately after admission to collect the clinical data of patients,24 hours emergency surgical treatment.Respectively in the preoperative and postoperative day 1,day 3,days,day7 and day 14 assay neural specificity enolization enzyme and D-dimer.According to the 90 days after the onset of the modified Rankin scale(MRS score)in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can be divided into two groups,MRS 2 points or less:good prognosis group,MRS>2 points:poor prognosis group.Using SPSS 13.0 software(normal distribution measurement data using t test,taking the nonparametric test,correlation USES Spearman correlation analysis,multiple factors analysis using multiple linear regression)statistical analysis neuran specific enolization enzyme and D-dimer level change and the correlation of surgical outcomes for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Result:Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage postoperative outcomes between good and bad group specific enolization enzyme in neurons and D-dimer level exists significant differences.The neuron specific enolization enzyme(NSE)and D-dimer hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage prognosis of patients after resection of there may be a correlation between,postoperative in patients with specific enolization enzyme if decreased rapidly,prognosis is better.On the contrary,postoperative neuron specific enolase level is still high,the prognosis of patients with worse.The prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after surgery is better,and the prognosis is better after the rapid decline of D-dimer,and the D-dimer continues at a high level of patients with poor prognosis.Conclusion:Hypertension cerebral hemorrhage postoperative NSE,D-dimer level and negatively associated with the degree of postoperative nerve dysfunction in patients with severe.NSE and D-dimer may be an index to predict the prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and it is worth further study.
