Comparision Of The Effect Of Tightrope And Endobutton In The Reconstruction Of The Anterior Cruciate Ligament

Object 60 patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture were randomly divided In two groups.Tightrope and Endobutton were used for reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament.The parameters of preoperative,intraopertive and postoperative were evaluated and compared.Compared the intraopertive and postoperative,Difference between Tightrope and Endobutton when applied in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Method Totally 60 case of anterior cruciate ligament rupture were selected and reconstructed under arthroscopy from July 2012 to August 2015 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University,30 cases were randomly assigned to reconstructed by Endobutton device and the others were reconstructed by Tightrope device,All operations were performed by the same surgeon.All patients were followed up regularly.SPSS16.0 statistical soft was used to analyze the data,and the paired samples were tested by t test.The preoperative mean age,anterior drawer test,axial displacement test.The positive number of Lachman test,Lysholm score were compared.The length of tendon incision,the loss of the bone tunnel and the time of operation were analyzed.Compared the maximum flexion of the knee joint,Lysholm score of knee joint and Tegner score of knee joint after operation 3 months and 6 months.As well as the incidence of adverse reactions.To evaluate the efficacy of Tightrope and Endobutton on in anterior cruciate ligament Reconstruction.Results 1: The preoperative mean age,anterior drawer test,axial displacement test,the positive number of Lachman test,Lysholm score of the knee joint were all compared.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.2: Tightrope group and Endobutton group in operation time,the length of the tendon incision and the loss of the bone tunnel,the use of paired sample t test,p? 0.05,with significant statistical significance.Tightrope group was superior to Endobutton group in operation time,length of tendon incision and the loss of the bone tunnel.3: The two groups in the 3 months,6months in the knee maximum flexion,knee score,Tegner score were compared,using the paired sample t test,p?0.05,there was no significant statistical differences between two groups.The results showed that the clinical effects of the two internal fixation were similar and there was no Significantdifference.Summary Compared to the Endobutton operation,the Tightrope operation can reduce the operation time,make the length of the tendon incision smaller and can reduce the loss of the bone tunnel in the femoral side.There were no significant difference between the knee flexion,knee score and the Tegner movement level score at 3 and6 months after reconstruction in the two groups.Conclusion Tightrope fixation system is an improvement of Endobutton fixation system,The operation is more simple,more convenient and less loss of the bone tunnel in the femoral side.There is no obvious difference in the clinical efficacy between the two operation modes.
