ObjectiveThrough studying the scenes of virtual reality display mode,we observe the video display terminal syndrome by using virtual reality display helmet. and then carry on the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment.The efficacy and safety observed will provide a reference basis for the clinical research in the future.MethodsThere are 65 volunteers will participate research according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria after some examinations.All volunteers must sign informed consent forms and then are divided into the experimental group and the control group following randomization.The experimental group have 42 people and the control group have 23 people.we have people in experimental group using virtual reality display helmet connected with phone and people in a control group use mobile phones directly.Two groups use the same style of mobile phone and watch the same movie clips 30 min.Set the scene of virtual reality display helmet to be cinema mode and let the control group watch in a dark room to simulate the effect.All the people must fill in the questionnaire before and after watching,somepeoplecheck tear film breakup time(BUT)and tear meniscus height.After watching the videos,experimental group should complete Chinese medicine fumigation treatment and then measured BUT,tear meniscus height and fill out the questionnaire again.We will accompany and record data during the experiment process.Microsoft Excel is adopted to establish the original database and SPSS22.0 statistical software is applied to statistical analysis.According to the test of normality and homogeneity of variance to choose the appropriate testing method.Analyze dates using the logistic regression,the paired t test,two related samples nonparametric rank and inspection and two independent samples nonparametric statistical analysis of rank.Inspectionand inspection standards are bilateral a = 0.05,P<0.05,it indicates that the difference is statistically significant.ResultsAfter using virtual reality display helmets for 30 min,the visual fatigue is aggravating,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,there are no difference between them.The main symptoms of eye fatigue between two groups are the same.There are asthenopia,eye acid bilges unwell and eye dryness.After using virtual reality display helmets for 30 min,BUT and tear meniscus height have no significant difference.Compared with the control group,there are equally no significant difference.After Chinese medicine fumigation,the symptoms of eye significantly relieve than before treatment(P<0.05)while BUT and tear meniscus height have no significant difference.Conclusionvirtual reality display helmet is another kind of video display terminal application form,which can cause a video display terminal ocular symptoms,similar to direct the use of mobile phones,the main symptoms of eye are asthenopia,eye acid bilges unwell and eye dryness.It is certain that traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment is effective to reduce eye symptoms...
