Objective Chronic kidney disease has been endangering human health, safety,a nd it often accompanied by multiple system damage, heart damage and of which the most common cardiovascular disease is one of the major complications of p atients with chronic kidney disease and common cause of death, about half of th e patients with chronic kidney disease died of complications of cardiovascular sy stem. Therefore, the early heart function evaluation is very important for patients with chronic kidney disease.Echocardiography plays an important role in evaluati on of left heart function. To assess left ventricular systolic synchronicity in Patien ts with early chronic kidney disease by real-time three-dimensional echocardiogra phy(RT-3DE).Methods A total of 40 patients with chronic kidney disease were divided into C KD1-2 group(n=20)and CKD3-5 group(n=20)according to the glomerular filtrat ion rate(GRF),and 20 control subjects were enrolled in this study. All subjects u nderwent routine echocardiography and RT-3DE,and then were analyzed using QL AB software to obtain 17-segmental volume-time curves and the data of left vent ricular systolic synchronicity. Results Conventional echocardiography:Compared with normal control group, the IVSTd at end diastole in CKD1-2 group were increased(P<0.05),Ea/Aa of LV were decreased(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference of LVPWTd(P>0.05);the IVSTd and LVPWd of CKD3-5 group was obviously higher than t hat of normal control group(P<0.01),while Ea/Aa significantly lower than the n ormal control group(P<0.01).There was no significant differenceof LVEF among three groups(P>0.05).RT-3DE:Compared with normal group, the 17-segmental vol ume-time curves of CKD1-2 group has been changed and parts of the data(Tmsv-6SD/R-R?Tmsv-16Dif/R-R?Tmsv-6Dif/R-R)of left ventricular systolic synchroni city increased(P<0.05);the change of the17-segmental volume-time curves of CK D3-5 group is more obvious and most of the parameters were significantly highe r than that of normal control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Through the RT-3DE can be found that the left ventricularsystolic sy nchronicity in patients with early chronic kidney diseasehas been changed.
