Objective:1?To quantitatively assess the left ventricular systolic dysfunction and synchronicity in patients with different degrees of kidney disease by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography.2?To explore the superiority of RT-3DE technique in finding hidden heart damage by conventional two-dimensional echocardiography. Methods:Collecting 30 CKD patients who were divided into CKD2-3,CKD4-5 and 30 healthy subjects whose age,sex and weight matched with CKD patients.Ultrasonography was performed to obtain the conventional ultrasonic parameters(IVST,LVPWT,LVEDD,LVEF),and three-dimensional moving images.Than Qlab software was used to obtain the 16-segmental volume-time curves, and standard the maximal difference of the time to the point with minimal systolic volume of 16,12,6 segments. Results:Compared with the control group,IVST,LVPWT,LVEDD of patients in CKD group increased(t =-5.321,-6.473,-3.861,all P< 0.05),but the difference of LVEF was not statistically significant;and Tmsv16-SD,Tmsv16-Dif,Tmsv16-SD%,Tmsv16-Dif% of patients in CKD group increased(t =-4.622 ?-4.797?-4.791?-5.082,all P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the difference of LVEF of patients in CKD2-3 group was not statistically significant,Tmsv16-SD?Tmsv16-Dif?Tmsv16-SD%?Tmsv16-Dif%of patients in CKD2-3 group increased(all P<0.05).Compared with the CKD2-3 group,Tmsv16-SD?Tmsv16-Dif?Tmsv16-SD%?Tmsv16-Dif% of patients in CKD4-5 group increased(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The left ventricular systolic synchrony and part of the myocardial systolic function in patients with kidney disease was damaged. The condition was aggravated with the degree of CKD. |
