Subject At present,China's existing cerebrovascular disease patients' more than 700 million people,of which about 70% of ischemic stroke,a considerable proportion associated with a variety of risk factors,is a high risk of recurrent stroke individuals. With the rapid aging of our population and the rapid development of economic level,as well as people's lifestyle and diet changes, the incidence of cerebrovascular disease increased rapidly, the form of prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease is more severe. This study is to investigate the status of cerebrovascular function and the level of cerebrovascular function in different stroke patients, and to explore the relationship between abnormal cerebrovascular function and the risk factors. This study provides a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease Object and MethodsObject : Randomly selected patients with physical examination of cerebrovascular function test,a total of 4945,from Nanjing Military District,Hangzhou, sanatorium health management center from January 2016 to December 2016.There were 2960 males(59.80%)and 1985 female(40.20%),which age range: 18 ~ 91 years, mean age: 50.19 ± 10.69 years old.The subjects' name, sex, date of birth(subject to ID),telephone number, home address, test date, systolic blood pressure(normal range: <140mm Hg),diastolic blood pressure(normal range: <90mm Hg),blood pressure difference, height, weight,BMI(normal value <24),and CVHI(value range: 0 ~ 100)were recorded.Cerebrovascular disease risk factors such as: hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, overweight and obesity, limb numbness, smoking, drinking, headache, dizziness, stroke history were recorded. The data entry method is an Excel form, which is entered by the day of the examining physician, and the scientific support staff reviews the daily dat a,in order to ensure that the data is accurate. The CVHI score was> 75 points as the control group, and ? 75 points as the case group.Statistical methods:Quantitative data are based on the variance analysis of independent samples. The comparison of the two samples are based on the SNK method for statistica l analysis.Qualitative data are based on the chi-square test, two logistic regression analysis. Results All of 4945 subjects were studied in this study. There were 2960(59.80%)men and 185(40.20%)women.The age range was 18 to 91 years, with an average age of 50.19 ± 10.69 years.According to the value of cerebrovascular function score, divided into control group(> 75 points)and case group(? 75 points). The control group had cases of 3959(80.06%),including 2326(47.04%)of men and 1633(33.02%)of women, with an average age of 48.82 ± 9.73 years. There were 986(19.94%)in the case group,634(12.82%)in men and 652(7.12%)in women, with 55.67 ± 12.46 years of average age.The mean age of the two groups was Z-test of the independent samples,Z=-15.597,P=0.000.The distribution of the two groups was based on the chi-square test,X2=10.112,P=0.001.There was a statistically significant difference between the mean age and gender distribution(P <0.0001).Indicating that there were differences in age and gender between the two groups, the average age of the case group was older than that of the control group, and the male composition ratio was higher than that of the female group.Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, obesity, alcohol consumption, headache, dizziness, and stroke family history were independent risk factors for abnormal cerebrovascular function.(OR1=5.411,95%CI=4.561-6.419;OR2=3.019,95%CI=2.043-4.460;OR3=2.414,95%CI=1.740-3.348;OR4=1.779,95%CI=1.512-2.093;OR5=1.655,95%CI=1.529-1.811;R6=1.362,95%CI=1.104-1.68;OR7=7.734,95%CI=5.872-10.186;OR8=3.429,95%CI=1.082-10.874)?Conclusion Compare the case group with the control group, there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of stroke risk factors, and there were statistically significant differences between age and sex.The risk factors in the case group were higher than those of the control group. The mean age of the patients was higher than the average age of the control group.Male stroke risk is higher than female. There are many high-risk groups of cerebrovascular in the physical examination population. The status quo is not optimistic, suggesting that health management center (medical center)need to strengthen the prevention of high-risk groups of intervention, the abnormal outcome of cerebrovascular testing and timely implementation of effective intervention in order to reduce the incidence of cerebrovascular disease. The results were suggested that the detection of cerebrovascular function in the high risk of stroke in the crowd has a high value in the screening, should focus on high blood pressure from patients with obesity and other high-risk factors in the early stages of the implementation of preventive intervention.
