The Clinical Observation Of Fire Needle Therapy Add Cuohuangxiaoyan Tablet For The Treatment Of Acne

ObjectiveBy observing the effects and security of treatment group(Fire needle therapy+Cuochuangxiaoyan Tablet)and the control group(minuocycline hydrochloride capsule)for acne to evaluate the effect of treatment group' s therapy,try to find a therapeutic and safe treatment for acne,and provide a new option for clinic treatment.Methods60 cases of acne patients who conforming to inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group(n=30).Treatment group adopted Fire Needle therapy add with Cuochuangxiaoyan tablet and the control group treated with minuocycline hydrochloride capsule.The Fire Needle therapy for treatment group was once a week,Cuohuangxiaoyan tablet was 5 times for once,3 times a day;The minuocycline hydrochloride capsule for control group was 50mg for once,twice a day,all treatment performed 6 weeks in all.Evaluated the lesion score of two groups in before-treatment?4th weeks?6th weeks respectively.During the whole process of the research,the adverse was been observed closely,recorded and managed in time.Results1.Comparision of ordinary materialsThe ordinary materials included gender?age?disease course of two groups and lesion scores of pre-treatment have been tested respectively,the results were P>0.05,there were no statistically significant difference,two groups were comparable.2.Comparision of lesion scoreThe lesion score were both decline to some degree on 4th weeks,P<0.05,there were statistically significant difference;the lesion score between two groups have been tested,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.It shows that both groups were taking effect,and the effect was equal.The lesion score were both decline significantly on 6th weeks,P<0.05,there were statistically significant difference;the lesion score between two groups have been tested,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference;the integration differentialof the pre-treatment and the end-treatment about two groups have been tested,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference;signifying that the effect of two groups about improving skin lesionwas equal.Conclusions:1.Fire needle therapy add Cuochuangxiaoyan tablet was an effective treatment to acne,and the effect is equal to minuocycline hydrochloride capsule.2.Fire needle therapy add Cuochuangxiaoyan tablet is an effective and safe treatment,it' s worth to clinical promotion.
