Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as the outstanding national cultural heritage of Chinese pepole for thousands of years,which has a unique theoretical system of diagnosis and treatment.In the long history of the development of TCM,also left many of the medical treatises,which are full of the wisdom of the crystallization of the idea of hiding a wealth of knowledge to be excavated pharmaceutical formulations.The rapid development of information technology provides a good opportunity for the application of data mining technology in the field of TCM.At present,China has basically completed the construction of information in this field and people can search information which needed through the data sharing platform.TCM is of great variety and complexity,and it is difficult to make a good use of the data set only for the huge data set.It is necessary to explore the mysteries by combining modern data analysis methods.The study of the rule of Chinese herbal medicine is an important component of the modernization of TCM,it not only enriches and develops the theory of compound medicine,but also provides objective basis for cinical application and new drug research of compound.This topic launches the research on the prescription rule in the field of TCM and design a data mining system,which can provide objective reference for the new drug research and explore the ancient work.(1)This paper introduces the characteristics of related data and analyzes the problems of data standardization at first,then explains the pre-processing of medicine data and prescription data in detail.(2)This paper presents a compound association rule analysis method.According to the traditional association rule mining algorithm's deficiency,put forward methods of positive and negative association rules mining,and some problems of introducing negative transaction items are given the corresponding solution mining efficiency problems such as explosive frequent itemsets growth and efficiency of mining algorithms.(3)Proposes a new compound network analysis method.makes a network model for the TCM compound data at first,and then analyzes the characteristics of the compound network,and uses the community discovery method to further mining on the basis of compund network.(4)The design and implementation of the TCM data mining system.the system integrates the technology of data preprocessing,compound association rules analysis,compound network analysis,so as to provide convenient and concise interactive interface for the relevant personnel.
