Clinical Obser Vation The Treatment Of The Acupoint External Application Combined With Zuyun Powder To Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Combination Of Infertility

ObjectiveIn order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with ZuYun Powder in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility,and to provide a reliable and reliable basis for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility.This research combined with the clinical value of acupoint application has been proceededMethodsCompletely random method will be included in the study of the 68 eligible subjects were randomly divided into treatment group:acupoint external treatment + assisted spread internal treatment group(group A)and control group:pure assisted internal treatment group(group B).A daily dose of group A,menstrual cycle stop medication,three months for A period of treatment,A total of four courses,if pregnancy stop treatment.Group B after clean every month on the third day started,chitin,once a day,even apply for five days.Take Chinese traditional medicine method with group A,three months for A period of treatment,observation of four procedures,if pregnancy stop treatment.Two groups of data by statistical was analyzed:two groups of age,course of the disease,the pregnant time,reproductive endocrine,acne grading index analysis of baseline etc.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),so they are comparable.The result before and after treatment of each patient will be recorded.After the research,the menstruation,acne score,Ultrasonic monitoring of follicle and ovulation,pregnancy,endocrine hormone determination.All the data statistical analysis will lead to the final conclusion.Results1.The ovulation rateGroup A was treated 200 cycle and there are 111 ovulation cycle.The ovulation rate was 55.43%;Group B was treated 284 cycle and there are 93ovulation cycle.The ovulation rate was 32.73%.Compared with the data of group A and group B,it found that after treatment group comparison,statistical analysis found that the research after treatment has significant difference(P = 0.000<0.05).It means ovulation rate of A group is higher than group B.2.The pregnancy rateAfter treatment it found that group A of 21 patients were pregnant,10 patients were without pregnancy,and the pregnancy rate of group A is 67.74%;After treatment it found that group B of 17 patients were pregnant,14 patients were without pregnancy,and the pregnancy rate of group B is 54.84%;Comparison between group A and group B after treatment shows that the statistical analysis found that pregnancy rates after treatment group A and group B with no statistically significant P = 0.297(P<0.05),but treatment cycle for statistical analysis found that the treatment cycle of group A is shorter than group B,with statistical significance P = 0.004(P<0.05)3.Testosterone situationPaired t test,respectively on two groups before and after treatment t group statistical analysis,group A and group B t index compared before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant PA=0.00?PB=0.023(P<0.05).Respectively on two groups after treatment T carries on the statistical analysis between groups,statistically significant difference P = 0.007(P<0.05),of the two group difference through statistical analysis,T indexes before and after treatment in group A and group B compared differences statistically significant P = 0.004(P<0.05).Data show that A,B two groups were significantly lower levels of patients with T,to the improvement of the level of T,group A is better than that of group B.4.LH/FSH situationRespectively on two groups before and after treatment in LH/FSH group statistical analysis,A,B two groups before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant PA=0.00?PB=0.013(P<0.05),respectively on two groups after treatment,LH/FSH ratio between group statistical analysis statistically significant difference(P = 0.000<0.05),the two groups before and after treatment the LH/FSH ratio difference through statistical analysis,group A and group B compared statistically significant difference(P = 0.000<0.05).Data shows that A,B two groups are significantly lower level of patients with LH/FSH,to the improvement of the LH/FSH ratio level,group A is better than group B.Conclusion(1)two groups both can improve ovulation condition,and group A is better than that of group B.At the same time,the two groups can increase pregnancy rate,and both group A and group B showed the therapeutic equivalence,but group A can obviously shorten the treatment cycle.(2)both two groups were significantly lower level of T inside the patients,but the improvement of the level of T,group A is better than that of group B.(3)both two groups can significantly reduce the level of LH/FSH,but the improvement of the level of LH/FSH,group A is better than that of group B.
