Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Insomnia Of Cardiac Kidney Non-intercourse With Umbilical Acupuncture Mainly

ObjectiveTo evaluate the TCM syndrome score and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score by using umbilical acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia patients with heart and kidney disability,to observe the clinical curative effect and provide a new way of thinking and treatment for acupuncture treatment of insomnia.MethodsSixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.Acupuncture treatment group 'received acupuncture from the navel,the position and conventional acupuncture;the control group to conventional acupuncture.Treatment for the treatment of 3 times a week,each 30 minutes,a course of treatment for 1 week,3 courses for the treatment continuously.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and PSQI scores of the treatment group and control group before and after treatment were evaluated.Statistical analysis was performed.Results(1)Clinical efficacy:Umbilical acupuncture plus conventionalacupuncture group,5 cases were cured,14 cases were marked effective,10 casese were ffective,1 case was ineffective,the effective rate was 96.67%totally.The routine acupuncture group was cured in 1 case,markedly effective in 13 cases,effective in 7 cases,ineffective in 9 cases.The total effective rate was 70.00%.By the juvenile and test,the two groups's efficacy had the statistically significant difference(P<0.05),showing that the totaleffective rate of the treatment group than the control group.(2)PSQI score:After three courses of treatment,insomnia symptoms were improved in both groups,PSQI score decreased significantly after the end of the three groups of PSQI total score was 5.07±1.41,8.33±1.56,treatment group Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in sleep time,sleep quality,daytime dysfunction and sleep efficiency.There was significant difference between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.01).The results showed that navel acupuncture plus routine acupuncture group had better effect on sleep time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,Day symptoms of clinical dysfunction is better.(3)Chinese medicine syndrome points:After three courses of treatment,the two groups of patients have improved in TCM syndromes,TCM syndrome scores were lower than the previous treatment,the third course of treatment,the two groups of TCM syndrome points were 4.47±1.81,7.07±1.82.Compared with the control group,the TCM syndromes of the treatment group were mainly manifested in the aspects of dreams,upset,forgetfulness,Shenpi fatigue,dizziness,headache,There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).The results showed that navel acupuncture plus routine acupuncture improved the patients' dreams,upset,forgetfulness,fatigue,dizziness,headache,The effect is better.The above results show that acupuncture plus routine acupuncture for the treatment of insomnia patients with heart and kidney do not pay better results,and the effect is better than conventional acupuncture therapy.ConclusionUmbilical needle and conventional acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of insomnia patients with heart and kidney disability,but compared to conventional acupuncture,umbilical needle in improving sleep quality,sleep time,Upset,forgetfulness,dry mouth,less Tianjin and other areas better.
