Clinical Study On Treatment Of Menopausal Syndrome Of Kidney Yin Deficiency By Jinshui Xiangsheng

BackgroundMenopausal syndrome(CMS),also known as perimenopausal syndrome,is gradually from the middle-aged women into the old age of the obvious signs,and also a sign of the decline of women's physiological function.CMS is due to fluctuations in the level of sex hormones in the body caused by a series of symptoms,mainly for the somatization of symptoms and emotional disorders,such as menstrual dysfunction,hot flashes,palpitations,restlessness,reduced memory,less sleepy,moody and so on.CMS Seriously affected the quality of life of the majority of menopausal women,and can increase the risk of the cardiovascular,osteoporosis and other complications,so that induce the greater burden and pressure to the community.ObjectiveIn this study,we observed the comprehensive clinical efficacy of Jinshui phase acupoints and common acupoints in the treatment of menopausal women with kidney-yin deficiency.The patients were divided into two groups by simple random control.The acupoints of the treatment group were as follows:Shenshu,Ganshu.Sanyinjiao.Qihai,Shenmen,Neiguan,Taichong plus with Yuji,Taiyuan.Taixi.Fuliu.The control group acupoints were as follows:Shenshu,Ganshu.Sanyinjiao.Qihai,Shenmen,Neiguan,Taichong plus with Zhaohai Yingu,In the study,the internationally accepted Western Kupperman Index Scale(KI index)and TCM syndrome score were used to record the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.In order to clinically treat the disease to explore more efficient treatment,the observation of Jinshui phase acupoints method used to treat themenopausal women with kidney-yin deficiency is more superior.MethodsIn this experiment,With a simple randomized control principle,the standard subjects were randomly assigned to the Jinshui phase of the group and the common points of the 30 points.Acupuncture 3 times a week,after 8 weeks,they were recorded in Chinese and Western medicine rating scale,then I was using SPSS19.0 software package statistical analysis of data collection.Results.The first,KI index before and after treatment evaluation:After a course of treatment,compared the treatment before the KI index were significantly decreased with the results of the after treatment,P<0.05,the two groups of treatment methods were statistically significant,combined with the difference between the two before treatment KI index,indicating that the treatment group than the control group is better.Second,The clinical results:the KI index was calculated by the Nimodipine method.In the treatment group,After 8 weeks of treatment,2 cases(6.7%)were cured and 21 cases(70%)were effectiveobviously,6 cases were effective(20%),1 case was Invalid treatment(3.33%),the total effective rate was 96.670%.In The control group,0 cases.were cured and 21 cases(70%)were effectiveobviously,7 cases were effective(23.33%),2 case was Invalid treatment(6.67%),Third,Chinese medicine symptoms evaluation:after a course of treatment,the treatment group and the control group of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were lower than before,the score of this two groups after treatment compared with before with the rank sum test,In addition to the treatment group genital dry Symptoms P greater than 0.05,the remaining symptoms P value is less than 0.05,so the two treatment methods were effective.Compared the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of teeatment group with the control groups with two independent samples of the rank sum test,the P value of less than 0.05 of the sweat out because of the endoerine disorders and less sleepy,the difference was statistically significant.We can conclude that Jinshui phase acupoints treatment of kidney yin deficiency type menopausal syndrome,espcially in the sweat out because of the endoerine disorders and less sleepy dream is significantly better than the control group.ConclusionJinshui phase acupoints and common acupoints in the treatment of kidney yin deficiency CMS are obvious efficacy,In reducing the KI index and the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,especially sweat out because of the endoerine disorders and less sleep,Jinshui phase with the points were significantly better than ordinary points method.
