| Objective::This topic by TCM syndrome differentiation combined with biofeedback training i n the treatment of functional defecation disorders, compared with simple biofeedback t herapy on the clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with functional defecati on disorders, pelvic Glazer impact assessment indexes, the curative effect compared th e difference between the two, provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods:In the people’s Hospital of Fujian Province, second focus on spleen and stomach disease specialist outpatient or hospital patients with constipation were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of functional defecation disorders and 72 patients(Na Pai standard treatment in February 2016-2017 year in February).By using the simple ran dom method to divide 72 patients into TCM Syndrome differentiation combined with biofeedback training group(treatment group)and simple the biofeedback training group(control group)36 cases,4 cases of treatment group(taking off midway other laxativ es),finally included in the statistical analysis of 32 cases of the control group;6 case s of loss(when taking other laxatives)in 6 cases, finally included in the statistical an alysis of 30 cases.Treatment 2 treatmentAfter the observation, the clinical symptom sc ore, quality of life questionnaire(PAC-QOL)score and Glazer were used to evaluate t he indexes of the two groups, and the data were analyzed by SSPS20 statistical softw are.The results showed that.P<0.05 was statistically significant.Result:1.The overall curative effect comparison:two groups have significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group.PPS:treatment group total effectiv eness 93.75%,control group total efficiency of 80%;the full analysis set:in the treat ment group, the total efficiency of 83.33%;control group, the total efficiency of 66.67%.2.The two groups before and after treatment of constipation of main symptom sco re,quality of life questionnaire(PAC-QOL)score comparison:two groups of patients after treatment of constipation symptoms, quality of life questionnaire(PAC-QOL)scor es were significantly lower than before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05),suggesting that the two schemes can significantly improve the symptoms of the disea se,the quality of life of two groups.Scores after treatment were statistically different(P<0.05),the treatment group scores were lower than the control group, the treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms of constipation, the quality of life is more significant.3.Pelvic Glazer evaluation:two groups before and after treatment, compared with the rapid, sustained and durable amplitude of contraction was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);rapid contraction reaction time, continuous contractio n and durability of the coefficient of variation was lower than before the treatment(P<0.05);baseline amplitude, mean amplitude and Ji Xianbo coefficient of variation wa s lower than before the treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The Glazer evaluation indexes of pelvic floor after treatment between the tw o groups(P<0.05).We can see that the two groups after training, pelvic floor muscle fiber contraction force was significantly higher than before, raising function better tha n before, increased stability,The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the baseline, the baseline amplitude, the baseline variati on coefficient and the baseline coefficient of variation were lower than those before tr eatment(P>0.05),but there was no statistical significance. Conclusion:The results of this study show that taking TCM syndrome differentiation combine d with biofeedback training and simple biofeedback training in the treatment of functi onal defecation disorders than in improving the clinical symptoms in patients with fun ctional defecation disorders, quality of life and the overall effect has obvious advantag es;syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with biofeedback training in the t reatment of functional defecation disorders in the improvement of pelvic floor muscles patients were also better than biofeedback therapy;shows the combination of the two can improve the clinical treatment effect. |
