Clinical Study On The Biofeedback Therapy In The Treatment Of Functional Defecation Disorders Constipation With Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation

Objective By contrast, the detected before and after treatment of related index of observation,comparison of Chinese medicine dialectical treatment combined with the clinical advantages of functional defecation disorders constipation, biofeedback, and strive to explore a more safe, rapid, effective methods of clinical treatment.Methods Select 90 patients met the criteria for the diagnosis of constipation of functional defecation disorders, according to patients were divided randomly into two groups, 30 cases of biological feedback group of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine group of 30 cases, 30 cases in the treatment group. Biofeedback group received pelvic floor biofeedback therapy, Chinese medicine treatment given symptomatic oral Chinese medicine based on TCM syndrome differentiation type in the group of patients, the patients in the treatment group on the basis of comprehensive oral symptomatic on the Chinese medicine combined with pelvic floor biofeedback treatment, 1 period of treatment is 10 days, a total of 3 treatment course, observed before and after treatment, clinical symptoms, three group will matter integral, anorectal pressure, rectal sensation, pelvic Glazer assessment and balloon force test conditions and compared before and after the observation, the cure rate of different treatments.This research used the SPSS17.0 version of medical statistical software for statistical analysis.Results1、After 3 courses of treatment, the clinical symptoms of three groups of integration,then quality integral, anorectal pressure, rectal sensation, pelvic Glazer assessment and balloon forced out test negative rate were obviously improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2、Comprehensive treatment group and biofeedback group after treatment compared with the numerical score: anus expansion, defecation interval, defecation patterns were lower(P<0.05); anal resting pressure, anal sphincter pressure(P<0.05); the higher the rapid contraction of pelvic floor muscle contraction, the durability is higher(P<0.05), a balloon force test negative rate is higher(P<0.05). Comprehensive treatment group the total effect rate was 96.7% higher than the biofeedback group 83.3%.3、The comprehensive therapy group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group compared: anus distention score values lower(P<0.05); anal resting pressure, anal sphincter pressure(P<0.05); the higher the initial sensory thresholds, rectal pain threshold is lower(P<0.05); pelvic floor muscle shrinking fast, sustained contraction,shrinkage value higher durability(P<0.05); balloon force test negative rate is higher(P<0.05). Comprehensive treatment group the total effect rate was 96.7% higher than that of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine group 70%.Conclusion1、Clinical symptom score, then quality integral, anorectal manometry, pelvic floor electromyography, rectal sensory testing, balloon force out test can compare different treatment methods in many aspects, more effective in the treatment of functional defecation disorders constipation quality.2 、 Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with biofeedback treatment of functional defecation disorders constipation clinical effect is better than pure TCM treatment or biological feedback therapy, better synergy effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
