| Objictive:Through the comparison of clinical study of Tongbi tablets in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy of the clinicaloutcome.Method:By using the method of prospective study,from No.175 Hospital of PLA from September 2015 to September 2016,due to cervical spondylotic myelopathy admitted by carotid posterior surgery(including after laminoplasty and posterior cervical double door laminoplasty)treatment and postoperative 1 months follow-up had axial symptoms,in accordance with the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,a total of 40 cases,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the treatment group(oral Tongbi tablet + celecoxib)and the control group(oral Ai Ruixi cloth),while the neck functional exercise(early and late every day in the 3 groups,each group of 5 times).At the same time,the patients were recorded first months after the general data,and recorded the visual analogue scale(VAS),cervical JOA score and cervical spine mobility(ROM),and the patients were monitored regularly.After first months,second months,third months,fourth months and 6 months of follow-up were recorded VAS score,cervical JOA score and neck mobility(ROM),the follow-up period was 6 months,compared with two groups of the observation indexes.Measurement data with X + S,using t test,the application of statistical software SSPS20.0 for statistical analysis of all data.The differences between the two groups were observed before and after treatment(P>0.05 was no significant difference,P<0.05 was significantly different).Results:In 2 patients due to unable to go out to provide complete information to be removed,added 2 cases were followed up.No obvious adverse drug reaction during the follow-up period,the experimental group of patients,and the treatment group and the control group in age,gender,surgical segment and other general information,the data of the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05),with comparable of.1.The treatment group and the control group in the follow-up of 1 months after the VAS score,JOA score,cervical spine activity and axial symptom classification was not statistically different(P>0.05)comparable;2.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group were followed up for 2,3,4,and 6 months,the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;3.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group were followed up for 2,3,4,and 6 months.The JOA score of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group(P<0.05);4.The treatment group and the control group after treatment,follow-up of 2,3,4,6 months after surgery,including 2,3,April,the treatment group(cervical spine flexion,rotation)improved significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group,postoperative treatment group of cervical vertebra 6 months(degree of flexion,rotation)was no significant difference between the control group,P>0.05 treatment group;degree of cervical spine 2,3 months after surgery(Ce Wan)was better than that of control group(P<0.05),the treatment group of cervical spine 4,6 months after operation compared with the control(Ce Wan)there was no obvious improvement,P>0.05;5.the treatment group and the control group after treatment,after 2 and 3 months of follow-up Tsuji score,P>0.05,not statistically significant;after 4 and 6 months of follow-up,Tsuji score,P<0.05,with a statistically significant difference between the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Tongbi tablet has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy postoperative axial symptoms,improve the normal activity of cervical vertebra pain and recovery of patients of short term. |
