Study On Relationship Between Characteristics Of Syndrome Element And Facial Temperature Of Infrared Thermogram In Acne Vulgaris

This study explore relationship between characteristics of syndrome element and facial temperature of infrared thermogram in acne vulgaris,it's basis on the theoretical research and clinical experiments.Theoretical ResearchThrough combing and retrieving the content of syndrome of acne vulgaris,facial temperature of infrared thermogram,the relationship between characteristics of syndrome element and facial temperature of infrared thermogram in acne vulgaris were preliminarily summarized in theoretical.Clinical ExperimentsFacial infrared thermogram and four diagnostic information in 100 cases of acne vulgaris patients were collected,and 50 healthy volunteer as controls.Face is divided into five parts:upper,lower,middle,left and right areas.Five areas facial temperature and average facial temperature,highest facial temperature,lowest facial temperature were collected.Using differentiation of syndrome elements to analyze the characteristics of syndrome elements of patients with acne,and its relationship to the facial temperature of infrared thermogram.Results1.Physicians have done a lot of in-depth studies in acne vulgaris syndrome and facial temperature of infrared thermogram.The results indicate that the syndrome element of disease location followed by liver,kidney,spleen,lung,heart;the syndrome element of disease nature followed by heat;facial temperature of infrared thermogram is related to syndrome of heat and cold.These results suggests that there are certain relationship between characteristics of syndrome element and facial temperature of infrared thermogram in acne vulgaris.2.Distribution characteristics of acne syndrome element:the syndrome element of disease location followed by liver,kidney,spleen and stomach;the syndrome of disease nature followed by heat,qi stagnation,yin deficiency,dampness,phlegm,blood stasis.3.There are significant difference between acne patients and the healthy volunteer of average facial temperature,highest facial temperature,and lowest facial temperature.(p<0.05)4.Relationship between the syndrome element of disease location to the facial temperature:the left side and right side temperature is the reflecting liver.(p<0.05,OR=2.160?2.231)Relationship between the syndrome element of nature to the facial temperature:heat and average facical temperature show a significant correlation,(p<0.05,OR= 1.528)phlegm,blood stasis show a significant negative correlation.(p<0.05,OR=0.358?0.197)Conclusion1.The location element of pattern mainly locate in the liver,kidney,stomach,spleen.2.The nature element of pattern is followed by heat,qi stagnation,yin deficiency,dampness,phlegm,blood stasis.Heat is the main syndrome elements.3.There are some correlation between acne syndrome element of heat,phlegm,blood s tasis and degree of acne.4.There are some correlation between characteristics of acne syndrome element and fac ial temperature of infrared thermogram,which could offer new method for the external ization of TCM diagnosis in acne vulgaris.5.There are significant difference between acne patients and the healthy of facial temp erature of infrared thermogram,infrared thermogram has the higher identification accur acy for acne,which could as a reference tool for clinical diagnosis of acne vulgaris a nd treatment efficacy evaluation by TCM practitioners.
