| Objective:This thesis mainly discuss the pathology of traditional Chinese medicine for postmenopausal bone metabolism, preliminary study on postmenopausal bone metabolism disease disease predisposition, influencing factors and disease evolution,to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal bone metabolism. Methods:The use of the four diagnostic information collection table and of TCM Constitution questionnaire according.to inclusion criteria included patients with four diagnostic information and influencing factors of acquisition and constitution type discrimination.According to the values of bone mineral density, bone metabolism in postmenopausal samples are divided into normal group, osteopenia group, osteoporosis group, osteoporosis group and non abnormal group.Through the analysis of syndrome elements, constitution, factors affecting the overall distribution and comparisons between groups of syndrome elements, physique, influence factors of differences,to explore the postmenopausal bone metabolism disease disease, predisposing factors and physical effects, evolution and disease.Results:1.The abnormal bone metabolism in postmenopausal women is mainly in the liver and kidney. The main pathogenesis is Yin deficiency, blood deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation. The syndrome frequency comparison showed that the liver syndrome, reduce group and non osteoporosis group was higher than that in group(P<0.05);in Qi stagnation syndrome, the normal group was higher than that in group(P<0.05);there is no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).The syndrome integral comparison showed that the liver syndrome, reduce group and non osteoporosis group was higher than that in group(P<0.05);in Qi stagnation syndrome, normal group and non osteoporosis group was higher than that in group(P<0.05);there is no difference between the other groups(P>0.05)2.The common symptoms of abnormal bone metabolism in postmenopausal women are yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency, phlegm dampness and Qi stagnation. The comparison results show that the frequency of the constitution of Yang deficiency, reduce group and abnormal group was higher than that of normal group(P<0.05);in Qi deficiency, osteoporosis group and non osteoporosis group was higher than that of reduced group(P<0.05);in the phlegm, osteoporosis group were higher than the non osteoporosis group(P<0.05);there is no difference between the other groups(P>0.05).3.Statistical analysis of factors influencing the results showed that:in the age of(big),osteoporosis group was higher than that of normal group, osteoporosis group and non reducing group, abnormal group was higher than that of normal group(P<0.05);in menopause(long),osteoporosis group was higher than that of normal group, osteoporosis group and non reducing group(P<0.05);abnormal group, reduction group is higher than the normal group;in height(dwarf),osteoporosis group was higher than that of normal group, osteoporosis group and non reducing group(P<0.05);abnormal group was higher than that of the normal group;the weight(low),osteoporosis group was higher than that of normal group, osteoporosis group and non reducing group(P<0.05);the age of menarche, age of menopause, age of menopause, parity, menopause, body mass index, the nature of the work groups had no difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The abnormal bone metabolism in postmenopausal women is mainly in the liver and kidney. The main pathogenesis is Yin deficiency, blood deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation.2.Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,qi stagnation and phlegm dampness are the risk factors of abnormal bone metabolism in postmenopausal women.3.Older age, long menopausal years, short stature and low body weight are risk factors for abnormal bone metabolism in postmenopausal women.4.Forty years and have since half is the main pathogenesis of the disease, the disease in the early stage of liver blood deficiency, liver yin deficiency, late sinister and Yang manifestations of kidney qi deficiency, kidney yang deficiency, and the occurrence of postmenopausal osteoporosis and Sinister and Yang is the key pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis. |
