Objective: Analysis of the clinical value of hysteroscopy and laparoscopycombined with Cook guidewire in the treatment of tubal infertility to provide a basisfor its clinical application. Methods:Tubal obstruction infertility be diagnosed withhysterosalpingography were divided into two groups. One group undertakenhysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with Cook guidewire tubal recanalization(observation group), one group undertaken hysteroscopic combined withlaparoscopy tubal liquid instillations(contrast group). The treatment effect wascompared between the two groups. Results: The rate of unobstructed tubalobservation group is91.41%,the pregnancy rate was51.09%,The rate of unobstructedtubal contrast group is78.35%,the pregnancy rate was37.04%.Observation group rateof unobstructed tubal is higher than the contrast group.Observation group rate ofpregnancy is higher than the contrast group. The pregnancy rate of primary infertilitypatients of observation group is40.00%,The pregnancy rate of secondary infertilitypatients is54.17%.The pregnancy rate of primary infertility patients of contrast groupis36.36%,The pregnancy rate of secondary infertility patients is37.33%.Thedifference of pregnancy rate of two groups of primary infertility was not statisticallysignificant. The pregnancy rate of secondary infertility patients of observation group ishigher than contrast group.Difference in the rate of unobstructed of the proximalobstruction group, distal obstruction group and proximal and distal obstruction wasnot statistically significant in observation group. Conclusion: The rate of unobstructedtubal and the rate of pregnancy after the operation were both higher than patients whoundertaken hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopy tubal liquid instillations.Theclinical value of two kinds of operation in treatment of primary infertility offallopian tube has no difference. The pregnancy rate of secondary infertility patientsundertaken hysteroscopy combined with Cook guidewire tubal recanalization ishigher than hysteroscopic combined with laparoscopy tubal liquid instillations.Theclinical value of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with Cookguidewire intreatment of different parts of obstruction of fallopian tube has no difference.
