| Objective To observe the effects of warming acupuncture at different time on the side effects of drug abortion,the best time to explore the prevention and treatment of drug induced abortion acupuncture side reaction.Methods The 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria and willing to terminate the pregnancy were divided into the treatment group 1,the treatment group 2,the treatment group 3 and the control group.At first days and second days,the control group was given Mifepristone 50mg in the morning and evening,the total amount of 200mg.And at third days morning 7:00 were given Misoprostol 0.6mg fasting.Then observing 6 hours,if the patients were not fetal discharge and they will be given Misoprostol 0.6mg again,up to 3 times.The treatment groups were treated with warming acupuncture on the basis of the control group.After taking Misoprostol,the treatment group 1 were treated with warming acupuncture,total treatment 1 times.After taking mifepristone in the first day and second day morning,and after taking misoprostol in the third day morning,the treatment group 2 were immediately received warm acupuncture treatment,1 times a day,a total of 3 times.The treatment group 3 were treated with warming acupuncture at the time of 19:00 before the day of taking Mifepristone.Besides,after taking mifepristone in the first day and second day morning,and after taking misoprostol in the third day morning,the treatment group 3 were immediately received warm acupuncture treatment,1 times a day,a total of 4 times.Method of Warming Acupuncture:Hegu,Sanyinjiao,Qihai,Zusanli and Gongsun were treated with Acupuncture.Among them,Hegu,Qihai and Zusanli were treated with warming acupuncture,a total of two times.Data of four groups of patients were collected,such as the abortion time,the amount of bleeding after 24 hours of abortion,the effect of abortion,and the adverse reactions of abdominal pain and gastrointestinal tract The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results 1,The three groups of treatment group of abortion time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that warming acupuncture can shorten the time of drug abortion.2.The three groups of treatment group,which the success rate of abortion was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results show that warming acupuncture can improve the success rate of medical abortion.3.In the control group and the treatment group 3,the amount of bleeding in 24 hours after abortion was less than that in the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Under the premise of no difference in the success rate of abortion,it shows that being given warming acupuncture before the use of Mifepristone can reduce the amount of bleeding 24 hours after abortion.4.The abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting in the three groups of treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the four groups about diarrhea(P>0.05).It shows that warming acupuncture can relieve the adverse reactions such as abdominal pain and gastrointestinal tract.Conclusion In the treatment of side effects of drug abortion,warming acupuncture has exact effect,and it can reduce the side effects of drug abortion.So Warming acupuncture is an effective method to prevent and treat side effects of drug abortion.And it is better to use warm acupuncture before taking Mifepristone,which is worthy of clinical application. |
