Objective: To analyze the correlation between P-selectin,TPO,IL-6and platelet and non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods: Fifty patients with NSCLC were enrolled in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University and the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from November 2015 to November 2016.Fifty patients with lung cancer were selected as the NSCLC group, and fifty healthy physical examination as the control group in the same period. The levels of serum P-selectin,IL-6,TPO and PLT were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and automatic blood cell analyzer.Immunohistochemistry(IHC)was used to detect the expression of P-selectin,IL-6and TPO in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Statistical software SPSS 19.0 was used to process statistical analysis for the test value of aforementioned Index. Results: The levels of P-selectin,IL-6,TPO and PLT in NSCLC group were higher than those in healthy control group(P <0.05).Postoperative peripheral blood IL-6,P-selectin,TPO and PLT was significantly lower than before the operation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of IL-6 in immunohistochemical IL-6 positive expression was significantly higher than that in negative patients(P<0.05).and the levels of serum P-selectin in immunohistochemical positive patients were higher than those in negative patients(P <0.05),But the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Among patients with NSCLC,IL-6,TPO,and PLT were found to be associated with severity of the disease and cigarette smoking(P<0.05),independent of the type of pathology. However, the level of P-selectin was only related to TNM stage and pathological type(P<0.05),and the level in patients with grade III and IV was significantly higher than that of patients with grade?and?(P<0.05);the level of P-selectin in patients with adenocarcinomawas higher than squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05),but there was no relationship with other factors(P>0.05).The expression of IL-6 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P <0.05),and correlated with smoking index and severity of disease(P<0.05),but not with tumor size and histological type(P > 0.05);The expression of P-selectin in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P <0.05),only correlated with pathological stage and histological type(P <0.05);TPO was not expressed in lung cancer tissues. Conclusion: The increase of IL-6,TPO,P-selectin and PLT in patients with NSCLC has a certain clinical significance in the evaluation of NSCLC.The increase of IL-6 in NSCLC patients is related to the high expression of IL-6 in tumor tissue.IL-6 and TPO were involved in the changes in platelet count in NSCLC patients. The expression level of P-selectin in NSCLC patients can help to determine the pathological type, distant metastasis ability and prognosis.
