The Effect Observation Of Applying Kidney And Blood Tonifying Dose For Decline In Ovarian Reserve With Symptom Of Kidney Asthenia And Blood Deficiency Syndrome

ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of Kidney and Blood Tonifying Dose on improving clinical symptom of kidney asthenia and blood deficiency syndrome,and correcting females' endocrine disturbance and to provide a more effective method to curing decline in ovarian.MethodsThis research uses advanced study method and studies 80 cases complied with the criteria of decline in ovarian,recorded by Maoming Chinese Traditional Medical hospital from December 2014 to June 2016.Using Random Number Tables,the 80 cases are grouped into control group(applied Estradiol Valerate Tablets and Progesterone Capsules)and treatment group(applied Estradiol Valerate Tablets,Progesterone Capsules and Kidney and Blood Tonifying Dose)randomly.There are 40 cases respectively in the two groups.Then observe their Chinese Traditional Medical(CTM)symptom scores,Basal Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH)in the third day of the patients' period,Estradiol(E2),Anti Mullerian Hormone(AMH),Bilateral Ovarian Antral Follicle(AFC)and Ovarian volume(0V).Results1.Compared the control group' s before and after treatment results,the indices such as FSH,E2 and CTM symptom scores have decreased,while AMH,AFC and MOV increased.The differences were significant(P<0.05).CTM symptom scores shows two cases cured,14 cases effective obviously,19 cases effective,5 cases of no effect.The total effective rate was 87.5%.After withdrawal of the treatment for 3 month,the patients' CTM symptom increased.The increase was significant(P<0.05).2.Compared the treatment group' s before and after treatment results,the indices such as FSH,E2 and CTM symptom scores have decreased,while AMH,AFC and MOV increased.The differences were significant(P<0.05).CTM symptom scores shows 5 cases cured,24 cases effective obviously,9 cases effective,2 cases of no effect.The total effective rate was 95.5%.After withdrawal of the treatment for 3 month,the patients' CTM symptom increased.The increase was significant(P<0.05).3.Compared the results before treatment on the control group and the treatment group,the patients' FSH,AMH,E2 and CTM symptom scores were similar and the differences were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group' s FSH and AMH were lower than those of the control group,and the difference were significant(P<0.05).While the AFC and OV was higher in the treatment group than the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Nevertheless,after treatment,CTM symptom was lower in the treatment group than the control group.The difference were also significant(P<0.05).However,the difference of E2 index was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Applying Kidney and Blood Tonifying Dose is obviously effective for curing kidney asthenia and blood deficiency syndrome and decline in ovarian.It can improve decline in ovarian Chinese Traditional Medical symptom and sex hormone level.Kidney and Blood Tonifying Dose is also helpful increasing AFC and Ovarian volume.2.Less recurrence of symptoms happen on the patients,who were applied by Kidney and Blood Tonifying Dose.And the long-term curative effect is better.3.Applying Kidney and Blood Tonifying Dose is safe,effective and recommended in clinical application.
