Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture By Enriching Renal Essence And Improving Intelligence In Group Acupoints For Vascular Cognitive Impairment(Deficiency Of Kidney Essence)

ObjectiveThe study is based on the acupuncture by enriching renal essence and improving intelligence in group acupoints for vascular cognitive impairment(deficiency of kidney essence)in clinical observation,to seek the optimal points of the acupuncture treatment of the disease combined,for clinical acupuncture treatment of vascular cognitive impairment to provide certain theoretical basis and clinical train of thought.MethodsSixty eligible patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture with oral administration of donepezil hydrochloride.Two groups were evaluated before treatment,MMSE scale,MoCA scale,vascular dementia scale(SDSVD)(deficiency of kidney essence).Results1.After treatment by two methods,the MMSE scale score,MoCA scale score and SDSVD(deficiency of kidney essence)score of the two groups were evaluated to improve the symptoms.The treatment methods adopted in the control group and the treatment group were The disease has a therapeutic effect.2.There were significant differences in MMSE score,MoCA score and SDSVD score between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),which indicated that the oral administration of western medicine was based on acupuncture and acupoint Improve the patient’s cognitive aspects of the symptoms than the simple oral effect of Western medicine better.3.The effective rate of the treatment group was 96%,87%and 93%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 96%,93%and 93%respectively after the treatment of MMSE scale,MoCA scale score and SDSVD(deficiency of kidney essence)The effective rate of the control group was 76%,670%,630%.The effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant by the rank sum test.The treatment group was better than the control group,which indicated that the " Oral administration of donepezil hydrochloride on enriching renal essence and improving intelligence in group acupoints for vascular cognitive impairment(deficiency of kidney essence)of clinical treatment than oral administration of donepezil better.ConclusionThe combination of oral administration of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of renal hemorrhagic dysplasia has a good effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with vascular cognitive impairment,reduce the economic burden of families,And even prevent the progress of the disease for the process of dementia,worthy of clinical promotion.
