the spleen,stomach,lung,large intestine.With the function of dampness phlegm and eliminating gas and fullness.For dampness injury,abdominal swelling and diarrhea,food product qi stagnation,abdominal distension constipation,phlegm cough [1].Magnolia made with ginger can reduce the irritation of raw materials on the throat,also can enhance the effect of widind stomach.So the clinical offen use its ginger products in prescription.The main active ingredients of Magnolia officinalis are honokiol and magnolol.There are extensive pharmacological effects of honokiol and magnolol.If we want to develop pharmacological effects of Magnolia better,the most important thing is to ensure the quality of Magnolia herbs.There are standard herbs of Magnolia already,but there is no standard material(standard slices)can be used as a standard of quality control.The progress from the harvesting and processing of origin of raw materials,to the processing of slices,and then to the packaging and packaging process will affect the quality of Chinese medicine slices.Therefore,the urgent problem to be solved is the quality of Magnolia.In this paper,the techniques of harvesting and processing of raw materials of Magnolia officinalis were studied,the processing technology of slices,the technology of standard slices homogenization and its quality evaluation were studied.1.Magnolia herbal medicine harvesting and processing,raw Pieces processing technology and quality evaluationFor standard slices,herbs harvesting and processing and the original processing of raw slices must be standard.After the literature research,Hubei Enshi is determined as the authentic real estate for the Magnolia.So 3 batches of the "Purple Magnolia" producted in Hubei Enshi was choosed as the object of study.Herbs are harvested and processed in accordance with the general rule in the 2015 version of the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”.A qualified herb slices factory was choosed to product the 3 batches of Magnolia slices.3 batches of Magnolia herbs and slices stir-baked with ginger juice were examined by microscopic and thin layers methods.And the contents of main ingredients,water,ash,pesticide residues,copper,cadmium,lead and arsenic were determined.The results of the determination are consistent with the 2015 version of the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”,which indicated that harvesting and processing of the herb and processing of slices meet the requirements.And the quality of herbs and slices are qualified.2.Homogenization technology and quality evaluation study of Magnolia standard slicesAccording to the working principle of different crushing equipment,the HK-08 A water-jet mill was selected.The particle size distribution of the powder made by 40 and 60 mesh sieve was compared.The results showed that the total phenol content was higher than the pharmacopoeia standard on the 5th day and the 10 th day.Therefore,under the condition of temperature 60 ℃ and illumination 4500 lx,the main content and water content of the tablet were stable.And under the condition of 90% humidity,the humidity is affected greatly,the content of the main ingredients have little change.The results show that the high moisture conditions have the greatest influence on the quality of the slices.And what should be paid most attention to is to keep the storage environment of pieces dry and ventilated.The water content and the main component of the powder obtained from different mesh screens are not changed with the mesh size.There is no direct relationship between the stability of the powder and the mesh size.So the final selection of the HK-08 A water jet mill is carried out by placing 60 mesh sieve as the standard shredding method.The results show that the particle size distribution of the 60 mesh sieve is better.And the stability test was carried out with the powder made by 40 mesh and 60 mesh sieve as the standard shredding method.3.Study on the characteristic spectrum of Magnolia slices stir-baked with ginger juiceThe component characteristics are difficult to distinguish between Magnolia slices and slices stir-baked with ginger juice.The chromatographic characteristics of three batches of Magnolia officinalis slices stir-baked with ginger juice were studied.And the spectrums of Magnolia raw materials,slices and ginger were studied at the same time.It was found that there were very high similarity between the three batches of characteristic map patterns of Magnolia officinalis slices stir-baked with ginger juice.And the Magnolia slices were compared with the raw materials.The results show that the chromatographic peaks of 3 batches reduced or disappeared.Characteristic spectrums of ginger,Magnolia slices,Magnolia slices stir-baked with ginger juice were compared.The results show that three batches of Magnolia slices stir-baked with ginger juice and ginger juice appeared peaks at the same time,but Magnolia slices didn’t apppear any peak.It can be speculated that the process of making Magnolia with ginger may introduce the composition of ginger to the slices.So Magnolia stir-baked with ginger is beneficial to the stomach.After he standard harvesting and processing of herbal medicine,slices processing,the final determination of the standard slices homogenization process is stable and feasible.And the quality of the standard slices complied with the regulation in 2015 version of the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia".The characteristic spectrum can be used as a judge of quality of Magnolia slices and Magnolia slices stir-baked with ginger juice.So we can better control the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine safe and effective. |
