Syndrome-differentiation Of Synovium Through Arthroscopic To Treat Chronic Gonarthromeningitis Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:This paper,according to the retrospective analysis of the treatment combined joint debridement with syndrome-differentiation of synovium through arthroscopic to chronic gonarthromeningitis,aim to explore the mechanism of treatment to synovitis by differentiation of symptoms and signs,and to find a more effective,economical and practical method to cure chronic gonarthromeningitis.Method:By collecting the data from Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital orthopedics(Garden Hill School District),there are 48 cases hospitalized for chronic gonarthromeningitis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type during 2015.3 to 2016.3 whom accord with the inclusion criteria.Those 48 cases were divided into 2 groups,24 cases in treatment group,24 cases in the other control group.The treatment group was treated combining joint debridement with differentiation and using modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction.Taking modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction orally the second day after the operation,decocted with water,one dose a day,in twice on the morning and evening,the treatment course is continuous 21 days;the control group was treated with joint debridement combined with the cure of Huamoyan Granule.After the operation,the medicine were given to the patients 3 times a day,each time with a total of 1 bag,during the period of 21 days.The two groups started to do the knee joint function exercise the second day after the operation.After 21 days of treatment,used the Bristol knee joint function score to observe the improvement on the knee pain,flexion and extension function and swelling degree pretherapy and post-treatment,compared each treatment group and analysed,the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Result:The two groups were tested on Bristol knee score when admitted to hospital,the analysis shows no statistically significance and possess comparability with P > 0.05.No wound infection,delayed union and other postoperative adverse reactions were found.Compared the Bristol knee scores in each group pretherapy and post-treatment,P < 0.05,indicating that both the two treatments were effective in gonarthromeningitis.Compared the Bristol knee scores of the two groups after treatment,P < 0.05,declaring that the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group;Contrasted the long-term efficacy of the treatment group and the control group,P > 0.05,meaning that the long-term efficacy of the two group was no significant difference.Conclusion:Both the above treatments were capable of curing chronic gonarthromeningitis,while the short-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than the other group.There was no significant difference in the long-term efficacy of the two groups.Arthroscopic debridement can remove intra-articular synovial lesions directly,it has advantages over traditional open surgery with less trauma,quick recovery,and is easily to be accepted by patients.Coordinate it with the dialectical prescription oral medicine to consolidation therapy,to promote blood and lymphatic circulation,and improve physiological environment inside joint,the curative effect is more significant compared with conventional medical treatment directly.It is a therapeutic method which is worthy clinical promotion to treat chronic gonarthromeningitis,through the combination of joint debridement and offer medicine according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease with combining clearance and recuperation.
