Clinical Experience Study Of Professor Tian Yumei On The Treatment Of Infertility

Objective In this paper,we collect and dispose the main symptoms,syndro--mes,prescription from experienced cases of the Professor T--ian Yumei,according to the standardizedrequirements to do fr--equency analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis.It is in order to glimpse the overall idea and the law of medication when Professor Tian Yumei treat the infertility,and to provide some referencefor future generations to better inherit Profes--sor Tian's academic thinking.Methods The frequencyof tongue,pulse,meridian,Chinese medicine four gas,five flavors,meridian and syndromes were calculated by using excel table,and the descriptive statistical analysis was carried out by cluster analysis and factor analysis of SPSS21.0 statistical software.Result 1.The description of the medicinal properties involved in the description of nine kinds,according to the frequency of its occurrence,from large to small followed by temperature(50),f--lat(37),cold(32),slightlycold(26),lukewarm(12),cold(7),t--hermal(4),heat(2),great heat(1).2.There are seven kinds of description of the traditional Chinese medicine,according to the frequency of its occurrence, from large to small followed by bitter(90),sweet(82),pungent(68),acid(15),astringent(11),salty(10),light(9).3.It will be involved in the Chinese medicine after finishing,according to the frequency of its occurrence,from large to small followed by liver(94),spleen(65),kidney(58),lung(58),heart(50).4.The traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into 10 categories,which accounted for from large to small followed by tonic drugs(18%),heat medicine(15%),blood circulation drugs(12%),qi medicine(7%),hemostatic(6%),analgesic(6%),diuresis(6%),astringent(5%),drugs for expectorants,antitussives and relieving dyspnea(5%),antiperspirants(4%),digestion(4%),rheumatism(4%),dampness medicine(3%),warm medicated(3%),liver wind calmed drug(2%),anthelmintic(1%),awaking drug(1%).5.All involved in the cumulative use of traditional Chinese medicine frequency,according to the Chinese medicine category to statistics,the following results can be obtained:tonic drugs(38%),blood circulation drugs(12%),qi-regulating drugs(12%),heat-clearing drugs(9%),drugs for relieving exterior disorder(5%),damp-clearing drugs(4%),Sedative medicine(4%),interior-warming drugs(3%),expectorants,antitussives and drugs for relieving dyspnea antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs(3%),digestant drug(3%)?resolving dampness drugs(2%)?astringent medicine(2%)?hemostatics styptic(2%)?medicine for rheumatism antiheumatic(1%).6.Cluster analysis results In the case of a distance scale of 24,traditional Chinese medicine is generally clustered into five categories,like:C1(Orange core,Lychee nucleus,Green skin,Fennel,Corydalis,Salvia,Cyperus rotundus,Malt,Hawthorn,Motherwort);C2(Achyranthes,peach,Bupleurum,Citrus aurantium,Red peony,Safflower);C3(North Shizhen,Toosendan,Angelica,Ophiopogon,medlar,Rehmanniae,Citrus aurantium);C4(Ejiao,Evodia,Eucommia,Epimedium,Amomum villosum,Rehmannia,Guizhi,Peony,Pinellia,Heterophylla,Dried tangerine peel,Atractylodes,Licorice,White peony,Poria,Chuanxiong);C5(Suanzaoren,Polygalaceae,Longan meat,woody,Fu Shen,Astragalus,Codonopsis,Yam)?
