Observation On The Application Effect Of Bamboo Potzhuang Medicine And Tendon Manipulation In Conservative Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective,To observe the clinical effect and safety of Zhuang medicine bamboo pot and tendon manipulation in the conservative treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation under the guidance of the theory of Zhuang MedicineMethods,Randomized controlled clinical trial was used in this study.120 cases of lumbar disc herniation from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,were randomly divided into observation group 1(A group: basic treatment and bamboo pot Zhuang medicine and tendons manipulationgroup),the observation group 2(B group: basic treatment and bamboo pot Zhuang medicinegroup),the observation group 3(C group: basic treatment and tendons manipulationgroup)and control group(D group: basic treatment group),30 cases in each group.Each course of treatment 10 times,the symptoms and signs before and after treatment were evaluated by JOA and VAS,and the efficacy and safety were observed.Results,120 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into 4 groups,and successfully completed the corresponding treatment,no serious adverse reactions.There was no significant difference in age,gender and course of disease between the groups(P>0.05),and the difference was significant;There was no significant difference between JOA score and VAS score before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference was significant.After 1 courses of treatment,VAS score of low back pain were compared between the two groups each.The results showed that the P values of A group and B group,C group and D group were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The curative effect of A group is better than that of B group,C group and D group,and the tendon manipulation and bamboo pot Zhuang medicine and basic treatment is better than the other treatment groups.There was no significant difference between C group and D group in P>0.05.The curative effect of B group and C group were equivalent,and Tendon manipulation with basic treatment group was the same as that of the curative effect of the bamboo pot Zhuang medicine combined with basic treatment group.B group and C group were better than D group(P < 0.05),By the bamboo pot Zhuang medicine combined with basic treatment group or the Tendon manipulation with basic treatment group was better than the basic treatment group.The effect of the tendon manipulation and Bamboo pot Zhuang Medicine treatment is significantly,In the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation waist pain.The effect of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by the tendon manipulation was equivalent to that of the bamboo pot Zhuang medicine.The combination of the application of the tendon manipulation and the combination of bamboo pot Zhuang medicine treatment have synergistic effect,which is better than that of the treatment alone.After 1 courses of treatment,JOA score were compared between the two groups each.The results showed that the P values of A group and B group,C group and D group were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The curative effect of A group is better than that of B group,C group and D group,and the tendon manipulation and bamboo pot Zhuang medicine and basic treatment is better than the other treatment groups.There was no significant difference between C group and D group in P>0.05.The curative effect of B group and C group were equivalent,and Tendon manipulation with basic treatment group was the same as that of the curative effect of the bamboo pot Zhuang medicine combined with basic treatment group.B group and C group were better than D group(P < 0.05),By the bamboo pot Zhuang medicine combined with basic treatment group or the Tendon manipulation with basic treatment group was better than the basic treatment group.The effect of the tendon manipulation and Bamboo pot Zhuang Medicine treatment is significantly,In the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of JOA score,The effect of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by the tendon manipulation was equivalent to that of the bamboo pot Zhuang medicine.The combination of the application of the tendon manipulation and the combination of bamboo pot Zhuang medicine treatment have synergistic effect,which is better than that of the treatment alone.No adverse reactions were found in the 4 groups during the treatment.There is no obvious side effect in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with bamboo pot Zhuang medicine and tendon manipulation.Conclusions,VAS score of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation waist pain and JOA score,the effect of the tendon manipulation and Bamboo pot Zhuang Medicine treatment is significantly,the effect of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by the tendon manipulation was equivalent to that of the bamboo pot Zhuang medicine.the combination of the application of the tendon manipulation and the combination of bamboo pot Zhuang medicine treatment have synergistic effect,which is better than that of the treatment alone.There are no obvious side effects of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by the method of tendon manipulation treatment and bamboo pot Zhuang medicine treatment.
