The Influence Of Trimetazidine Hydrochloride Capsules To The Heart Function In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Object:To compare with the treatment group and control group the heart function after different treatment and assessment the trimetazidine effects on exercise tolerance.Methods:We collect 60 samples aged from 35 to 75 years old which average aged60.8 years old Diagnosed as Chronic Heart Failure in our hospital from March1 st,2016 toAuguet 31 th,2016.There are 31 men and 29 women.Taking a random number table to divided samples into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(trimetazidine group)has 17 men and 16 women and average aged 60.1years old.The control group has 14 men and 13 women and average aged 60.1 years old.To compare with the treatment group group and control group NTpro-BNP?LVEF?6MWT?Lee's heart failure score to assessment their heart function and exercise tolerance.The treatment group treat by trimetazidine capsule 20 mg tid and furosemide tablet 20 mg qd?perndopril tablets2 mg qd?metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets23.5mg qd?spironolactone tablets20 mg bid.The treatment for control group except trimetazidine and other drugs is same as the treatment group.Finally,we will analyze all the data by SPSS 22.0.Result:Without the treatment,the value of NT-proBNP?LEVF?6MWT?Lee'sheart failure score for treatment group is 3895.4±1155.8pg/ml?40.3%±4.7%?376.1±109.7m?12.2±1.1,the value of NT-proBNP?LEVF?6MWT?Lee's heart failure score for control group is 4165.7±1137.2pg/mlpg/ml?39.0%±4.2%?340.4±110m?12.6±1.0,P>0.05,there is no difference in statistic.After 4 week of treatment testing their NT-proBNP?LEVF?6MWT?Lee's heart failure score.The results of these indexes for treatment group are 1342.1±519.1pg/ml?58.7%±4.1% ? 58.7%±4.1% ? 4.8±1.7,and the results for control group are2048.3±649.7pg/m?53.1%±5.0%?568.1±100.4m?8.6±1.2,P<0.05,there is obvious difference in statistic.Conclusions:For all of the paitents after 4 weeks of treatment the indexes of h eart function have improved.And the the indexes for treatment group ar e more effective than control group.According to the results of the 6M WT,paitents' exercise tolerance in the treatment group is better than the control group.
