Objective: To observe the clinical effect of using adrenaline injection combined with titanium in the endoscopic treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: 120 cases of patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in 181 hospital from May 2014 to December 2016 were selected. All the patients were randomly divided into three groups: adrenaline injection treatment group(adrenaline injection group,n=40),titanium clip treatment group(titanium clips group,n=40)and adrenaline injection combined with titanium treatment group(combination group,n=40).The treatment effect of immediate hemostasis, the rate of re-bleeding in 72 h,re-bleeding after 7d and the rate of emergency operation were analyzed. Results: The effective rate of immediate hemostasis of the combination therapy group was significantly higher than titanium clip group and adrenaline group(P<0.05),the rate of re-bleeding in 72 h and re-bleeding after 7d was significantly lower than titanium clip group and adrenaline group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant. The effective rate of immediate hemostasis of the adrenaline group was significantly lower than titanium clip group, and the rate of re-bleeding in 72 h and re-bleeding after 7dwas higher than titanium clip treatment group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant. And there was only one patient need to conduct the emergency operation in the combination therapy group. The proportion of emergency operation is 2.5%,which was significantly lower than titanium clip group and adrenaline injection treatment group. Conclusion: The curative effect of adrenaline injection combined with titanium in the endoscopic treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding is better than the single epinephrine, titanium clips treatment. This combined therapy enhance the immediate hemostasis rate, total treatment efficiency, reduce the rate of re-bleeding in 72 h and re-bleeding after 7d and emergency surgery rate.It is worthy of promotion in the clinical. |
