Objective:Non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding means bleeding above theligament of Treitz non variceal upper gastrointestinal disease. The etiology variety, mostly caused by upper gastrointestinal diseases caused by a small number of biliaryand pancreatic disorders. With the development and popularization of endoscopictechniques, non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding diagnosis has significantprogress, but the mortality rate is still as high as6%-10%, so it is necessary to attachimportance to the treatment of the disease. This article will explore the past decadeDivision I non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the diagnosis and treatment ofetiology, and to focus on reviewing the changes and trends in the analysis ofendoscopic treatment modalities. Methods:Collected in2003and2013in the first Affiliated Hospital of Dalian MedicalUniversity, Division of Gastroenterology and endoscopy in patients diagnosed with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding, collate clinical data. All patients were dividedinto the first five years (2003to2008) and after five years (2009-2013) groups, andthen compared the two groups of patients on the cause, if there is a clear difference;and all patients by age groups, each group separately investigate the cause of thecomposition; methods mirror before and after five years of treatment, endoscopicchanges and trends in the analysis of different forms of treatment.Application SPSS17.0statistical analysis, the non-continuous variables using chi-square test, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Results:1、The cause of gastrointestinal bleeding varicose research on Africa by the firstfive years of peptic ulcer, upper gastrointestinal cancer, acute gastric mucosal lesions, chronic inflammation, Mallory-Weiss syndrome, esophageal, into a peptic ulcer, acutegastric mucosal lesions, upper gastrointestinal cancer, chronic inflammation, post-surgical lesions of the stomach. After five years are the first cause of peptic ulcerbleeding, acute gastric mucosal lesions caused by digestive bleeding was significantlyincreasing trend (P <0.05), and upper gastrointestinal cancer, esophagealMallory-Weiss syndrome caused by gastrointestinal bleeding is showing a significantdownward trend (P <0.05).2、All patients age distribution in the range of15to93years, an average of49.34±7.82years old, by age group, the incidence of the most common in middle-agedgroup (40-60years old), accounting for48.29%, followed by the older group (>60years), accounting for31.21%, less youth and youth groups. Youth, middle age groupare the first cause of peptic ulcer is, while the older group first disease because of uppergastrointestinal cancer.3、 In this study,1083patients underwent a total of465cases of endoscopictherapy, endoscopic treatment composition ratio, followed by an average around5titanium clips, spray the drug combination therapy, hemostatic fibrin glue. Wherein themetal hemoclips clear upward trend, and the difference was significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:1、With the changing times, a major cause of non-variceal upper gastrointestinalbleeding occurred some changes.Which caused bleeding acute gastric mucosal lesionshowed a significant upward trend, while the upper gastrointestinal cancer, esophagealbleeding Mallory-Weiss syndrome was significantly induced decline.2、The cause of non-variceal gastrointestinal bleeding on the different compositionof different age groups, with age, various etiology of peptic ulcer, acute gastricmucosal lesion proportion gradually decreased, and gastrointestinal cancer and chronicgastritis proportion gradually increased. 3、The present study is the preferred method of hemostasis metal clip endoscopichemostasis.
