| Objective: To investigate the effect of Qingbi Anxiao decoction combined with arthralgia paste in the treatment of gouty arthritis curative effect and effect on serum inflammatory factor levels,and the security analysis,discussion the clinical value.Methods: from February 2015 to February 2016 expert of rheumatism clinic and ward met the inclusion criteria from gouty arthritis 80 cases were enrolled in this study,according to the number of randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group.The control group in the conventional therapy based on the given Meloxicam Capsules alopurinol alcohol treatment,continuous treatment for 2 weeks;in the observation group based on routine treatment given Qingbi Anxiao decoction combined with arthralgia paste treatment,continuous treatment for 2 weeks,compared 2 groups of curative effect,TCM syndrome score in.2 group were measured before treatment,after treatment,white blood cell count,platelet count,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C reactive protein.Serum uric acid,interleukin-1,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor alpha were statistically analyzed;and determination of blood routine,urine routine,stool occult blood,liver function(ALT,AST)and renal function(BUN,Cr)evaluation of the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:(1)there was no significant difference between the 2 groups in terms of sex ratio,average age,average body mass index(P>0.05).(2)2 groups of patients before treatment of TCM Syndromes of joint pain,joint involvement,joint pain,joint swelling,joint burning,adverse joint flexion and extension,with symptom scores showed no significant difference(P>0.05);observation group of TCM Syndromes of joint pain,after 2 weeks of treatment involved joints,joint tenderness,joint joint swelling,burning,adverse joint flexion,concomitant symptom scores were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);and the 2 groups after treatment of TCM syndrome score were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).(3)The onset time of analgesic effect in the observation group was not statistically significant compared with the control group,t=0.743,P>0.05.(4)the VAS score had no significant difference between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05);the 2 groups were treated for 1 weeks,2 weeks after the treatment,VAS scores were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group for 1 weeks.After 2 weeks of treatment,VAS scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).4)The observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05)after treatment for 2 weeks.(5)The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment for 2 weeks(n = 95%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(n = 82.5%)(P<0.05.)in 33 cases.(6)the 2 groups before treatment,white blood cell count,platelet count,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,blood uric acid,24 h uric acid,CRP,IL-1,IL-8 and TNF-had no statistically significant differences in the levels of alpha(P>0.05);white blood cell count,2 group after treatment,platelet count,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP,blood uric acid,24 h uric acid,IL-1,IL-8 and TNF-were lower in the treatment of alpha before(P<0.05),and the observation group after the white blood cell count,platelet count,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP,blood uric acid,24 h uric acid,IL-1,IL-8 and TNF-were lower than the control group(P<0.05).(7)here was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P<0.05)Conclusion(s): Qingbi Anxiao decoction combined with arthralgia paste in the treatment of gouty arthritis has a good curative effect,can effectively reduce the TCM symptoms,improve clinical symptoms of a significant effect,can effectively relieve the pain of patients,help reduce leukocyte count,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and inflammatory index,decrease the degree of inflammatory reaction and the low rate of adverse reactions and clinical application of safe,effective. |
