The Study Of Fire-needle Treatment For Primary Varicose Veins(PVV)

Objective:This study by observing the spirit of fire needle therapy and take medicine treatment the curative effect of primary varicose veins,discusses fire needle therapy on the winner of the clinical treatment of primary varicose veins,for the clinical treatment of primary varicose veins extended a new thought of treatment,and provide a kind of simple operation,clinical efficacy,low cost of treatment effect.Methods:The study was a prospective randomized controlled trial method,in March 2015-December 2016 period,collected 60 cases meet the diagnostic criteria for this study and patient inclusion criteria for the study of this study.The method according to randomization,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patient.The treatment group received acupuncture treatments fire using fire needle acupuncture limb Ashi,xuehai,taichong,zusanli,2 time a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment,the total of a course of study;the control group Diosmin Tablets treatment,oral medication,900mg/times,2 times/day,4 weeks for a course of treatment,this study a total of one course of treatment.Changes relatedindicators leg swelling observed two groups of patients before and after treatment(ankle length around),venous leg ulcer area,pain score,and finally the application spass19 software for statistical analysis and other related data,draw appropriate conclusions.Results:1 general informationThe study is expected to collect 60 cases meet the criteria and inclusion criteria for the study of patients in this study,the final completion of 58 cases,2 cases of total loss,the treatment group completed 29 cases,shedding 1 cases,the control group completed 29 cases,loss 1 case.Two groups of patients in terms of gender,age composition,duration distributions were not statistically different(P>0.05),no effect on the results of this study finally come.2 clinical indicators2.1 Before and after treatment around the ankle length difference by t test comparing P<0.05,the comparison has statistical significance,in the improvement of patients with lower limb swelling,the fire needle treatment group more effective than Diosmin medication group.2.2 Ulcer size difference before and after treatment by comparing by t test comparing P<0.05,the comparison has statistical significance,in the improvement of patients with venous les ulcers,the fire needle treatment group more effective than Diosmin medication group.2.3Upon examination of lower extremity discomfort score beforeand after treatment in two groups P<0.05,statistically significant,indicating that fire needle therapy group to alleviate the dis comfort of patients with lower limb more effective than drugs in the control group.2.4 Efficacy points lower extremity two groups of patients before and after comparison of the tesst P<0.05,statistically significant,indicating that fire needle therapy group for improving the overall symptoms than the drug group.2.5 The total efficiency of the two groups by comparing test P<0.05,statistically significant,indicating that The healing effect of the fire needle was better than the drug group.Conclusions:1.The fire needle treatment group was superior to the drug group in improving the lower limb swelling,venous ulcer and lower limb pain in patients with primary lower extremities.2.Both the fire needle treatment group and the drug group were able to treat the primary venous varicose veins,but the overall effect of the fire needle therapy was better than the drug.
