Clinical Study On Treating Advanced Esophageal Cancer And Esophageal Stenosis With Qige Pulwis And Esophageal Carotid Stenting

Objective: the goal of the research is to use Qige pulwis combination esophageal stenting to treat terminal esophageal cancer and esophageal stenosis.Through the clinical research,the clinical effect of the treatment of esophageal stenosis have been estimated.It provides more clinical evidence for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of esophageal cancer and esophageal stenosis in future.Methods: A total of 65 cases met the criteria for inclusion were divided into two groups randomly,32 in treatment group,33 in control group.After statistical analysis,there was no obvious difference in patients’ age and sex,as well as the Disease staging,diet of both groups(P>0.05).The treatment group with esophageal stenting,beside routine western medicine treatment,after 7days of operation patients need to take Qige pulwis.The drugs are mainly composed of shasen,dansen,fuling,sharenke,etc;2 times a day,100 milliliters a dose,20 days for a treatment course,a total of six treatment courses.After the treatment,Through and clinical follow-up every into the group of patients,respectively,compared to two kinds of treatment of TCM symptoms,quality of life of the patients,diet,weight,mortality,And death rate,to discuss the improvement method.Results:According to software analysis of the treatment results,(1)In terms of TCM symptoms,After treatment the total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.09%,the control group was 62.5%,their symptom score had significant difference after treatment through test analysis(P<0.01);(2)KPS score before and after treatment:The two groups before treatment KPS score,here was no significant difference(P>0.05).KPS score of both group relieved after treatment,KPS score had significant difference after treatment through test analysis(P<0.01).(4)The treatment group can increase the weight patients,There was statistical difference before and after treatment.(5)The comparison of treatment group and control group in terms of weight:there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Complications in:The two groups after treatment of gastroesophageal reflux symptoms comparison,comparison of restenosis,(P<0.05).This differences have significant meaning.Complications of two groups after treatment,the pain and displacement(P>0.05).eating Advanced esophageal cancer and esophageal stenosis with Qige pulwis,also relieves symptoms,reduce the postoperative complications,raises life quality,so that improves prognosis.and Chinese medicine has its advantages,so that is why integrated Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy can be used for the treatment of Esophageal cancer and esophageal stenosis...
