Clinical Obsevration Of The Combination Qige San And Radiotherpay For Esophageal Cancer Ⅱ Cross Resistance Sputum Gas Card

Objective:To study the clinical effects of Qige San and radiotherpay for esophageal cancer II cross resistance sputum gas card.Methods:Select 30 Esophageal Cancer patients, who were in accordance with the inclusion criteria. They were randomly divided into treatment group (Qige San Combined radiotherapy) and control group (treated with radiotherapy alone). Observe the clinical effects and the Adverse Reaction.Results:After 6 weeks'treatment, two group's symptoms of dry mouth and pharynx dryness and stool frustrated have aggravated, but the degree of the aggravation of treatment group significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). The accumulated dose of treatment group significantly much than the contrast group when acute radiation esophagitis occured (p＜0.05). The difference of two groups has no statistical significance on the improvement effect of TCM symptom, radiation esophagitis and tumor volume change (P＞0.05) Conclusion:Qige San not only can improve the side effects during the radiotherpay of esophageal cancer, but also can tolerate the radiotherapy, delay the occurrence of radiation esophagitis during the radiotherapy of Esophageal Cancer. It has same effects in prevention the occurrence of radiation esophagitis as the western medicine group. But long-term Effect needs further observation.
