Study Of Patients With Esophageal Cancer Treated By Qige Pulwis Combination Chemotherapy

This thesis consists of two parts:a literature review and a clinical observation.Literature review of advanced esophagus cancer drugs from traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,including chemotherapy,targeted therapy,traditional Chinese medicine and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment are discussed in this paper. Esophageal cancer is one of the common human gastrointestinal tumors,most patients with esophageal cancer is already in late,for the clinical treatment of esophagus cancer brought some difficulties.The high incidence of a disease and high esophageal cancer mortality is now by the domestic and foreign scholars concern. In recent years,with the development of science and technology,new drug research and development,the clinical treatment of advanced esophageal cancer has made some achievements.The main part of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of advanced esophageal cancer drugs from progress are expounded.Clinical research part,observation and scattered combination chemotherapy treatment of advanced combination of the clinical curative effect of esophageal cancer. Objective:to observe the diaphragm and scattered combination chemotherapy treatment of advanced esophageal cancer clinical curative effect. Methods:through the prospective,feasibility of clinical research principle,according to case into,exclusion standard screening cases, according to:the ratio of a divided into the treatment group and control group, each patient treatment for a period of treatment(3weeks),2after a course evaluation of clinical curative effect. The treatment group in observation period to chemotherapy, and on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine and also be combination of dialectical and scattered apply;The control group observation period shall be only chemotherapy.Monitor patients before treatment1,2,and course after treatment, the clinical symptoms, immunological indexes, tumor markers,life quality, curative effect evaluation and adverse reaction, statistical data analysis. Results:treatment group15patients, part catabatic effect assessment (PR)33.3%, total remission rate33.3%.disease control rates73.3%;The control group part remission rate, total remission rate, disease control rates were20%,20%,66.7%,group were significantly different between curative effect(P<0.05);Tumor marker, immunological indexes two groups are relatively before have improved,the treatment group CEA,CA-199,CD4 improve significantly, a statistically significant(P<0.05);KPS score, the treatment group is obviously rises before, and statistical significance,2after treatment, the treatment group KPS improve effectiveness40%, total control rates93.3%,more effective rate was13.3%,total control controls73.3%,increased obviously.Side effects, the treatment group, the digestive tract of the bone marrow inhibit reaction rates were60.0%,80.0%, significantly less than the control group (86.67%,100%, respectively),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qige pulwis combination chemotherapy treatment of esophageal cancer symptoms, and can greatly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life,and to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, worth further research and clinical promotion.
