| Objective:This paper aims to explore the characteristics of TCM syndromes of the 108 cases of postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral fractures.Provide the basis for the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral fractures.In order to guide the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatmen,provide better health care of postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral fractures.Methods:This study is focused on postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral fractures in Quanzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Choosing 108 patients of postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral fractures as the subjects,acquired the diagnosis information through standardized four diagnostic methods,study the characteristics of the TCM syndrome elements of disease location and nature.Results:1.In this study,a total of 108 cases of postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral fractures.Minimum age of 52 years,the maximum age of 85 years old.The average age was 68.50 ±8.87 years.50-59 years old 16 cases(14.81%),60-70 years old 47 cases(43.52%),>70 years old 45 cases(41.67%).2.Distribution of symptom elements:Waist pain(73.15%),After the activities of pain intensified(59.26%),Constipation(49.07%),Dry eyes(44.44%),Pricking(41.67%),Nocturia and more(39.81%),Fixed pain(37.96%),Poor sleep quality(including sleep is not real,insomnia,more dreams35.19%),Hand,foot and heart heat(33.33%),Chequer(32.41%),Sound low and lazy words(32.41%),Lower limbs(31.48%),Tinnitus(31.48%),Fatigue(30.56%),Dizziness(28.70%),Bloating(26.85%),Skin itching(25.93%),Night sweat(25.00%),Cold limbs(24.07%),Body pain(21.30%),More urine(19.44%),Defecation is weak(16.67%),Long-term frequent urination(12.96%),Migratory pain(12.04%),Often loose stools(12.04%),Perspiration(11.11%),Hypnotic(10.19%),Forgetful(9.26%),Cough(9.26%),Retreat(8.33%),Sputum thick(5.56%),Sputum sticky cough(3.70%).3.Distribution of TCM symptom elements:Syndrome element integral of position?100:kidney(124.38±53.65),Liver(119.61±39.85),spleen(105.08±40.58).Syndrome element integral of nature?100:Yin deficiency(137.39±53.78),qi stagnation(132.09±49.73),blood stasis(129.92±47.26),qi deficiency(119.45±44.29),yang deficiency(117.36±41.18).Each age group,the distribution of the grade syndrome were statistically significant(P<0.05).In each category of Genant,the distribution of the grade of the syndrome were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the syndrome of nature were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Distribution of TCM syndromes:Liver and kidney yin deficiency and qi stagnation(25.93%),Spleen and kidney qi deficiency and qi stagnation(20.37%),Spleen and kidney yang deficiency and qi stagnation(17.59%),Liver yin deficiency(16.81),Kidney qi deficiency(12.96%),Kidney yang deficiency(6.48%),Blood stasis(1.85%).Among them,66 cases of actual situation mixed(63.89%),37 cases of deficiency(34.25%),2 cases of empirical(1.85%).Conclusion:1.108 cases of the main disease to the kidney,involving the liver,spleen.In the empirical,Blood stasis,qi stagnation is the main factor of the disease.In Deficiency,yin deficiency,qi deficiency,yang deficiency is the main factor of the disease.Which Yin deficiency is the most important pathological changes.2.Liver and kidney yin deficiency and qi stagnation,Spleen and kidney qi deficiency and qi stagnation,Spleen and kidney yang deficiency and qi stagnation,Liver yin deficiency,Kidney qi deficiency,Kidney yang deficiency,Blood stasis.This is the main syndromes of postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral fractures in Quanzhou city.Most patients show the actual situation mixed.3.Postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral fracture of the syndrome characteristics by age,vertebral fracture deformation and other factors.4.Suggesting that clinical should pay attention to kidney,liver,spleen.Should be filled liver and kidney,strong bones,spleen Qi. |
