Clinical Analysis Of 50 Cases Of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

Objective:Analysis application of uterine artery embolization in combination with methotrexate chemotherapy treatment of scar pregnancy with methotrexate alone on complete curettage of uterine cavity after chemotherapy treatment effect in the treatment of scar pregnancy after cesarean section scar pregnancy,postoperative adverse reactions,hospitalization duration,and postoperative follow-up.Methods:Selection of Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University in December 2013 to December 2016 in the cesarean scar pregnancy diagnosed patients discharged from hospital,select information reliable and complete 24 cases were retrospectively analyzed,according to the different joint treatment is divided into experimental group and control group in the two groups.The application of SPSS software for statistical analysis.Results:1.The number of two groups of patients age,pregnancy,cesarean delivery times for the first time,days of pregnancy,serum human chorionic gonadotropin beta subunit value and ultrasonic lesion size no statistical difference(p>0.05).Comparing the two groups has no statistical significance(p>0.05).2.Selected 24 patients were all cured standards,combined the experimental group patients serum beta hCG value returned to normal time and contrast observation group of patients serum beta hCG value has significant difference back to normal time,the treatment effect have significant difference,combined experimental index falling faster(p<0.05).3.The joint group of 12 cases with 3 cases of postoperative abdominal pain,1 case of postoperative abdominal pain last four days,1 case of postoperative high(>38 ?),2 cases of postoperative appear less than half of the amount;Comparison group of 12 cases,2 cases of postoperative high(>38 ?),with no discomfort.Two groups of intraoperative bleeding measuring statistical difference(p<0.05),the joint group blood loss decreased significantly;Joint group hospitalization length compared with control group shows significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:1,Uterine artery embolization in combination with methotrexate chemotherapy treatment of scar pregnancy with methotrexate alone on complete curettage of uterine cavity after chemotherapy in the treatment of scar pregnancy curative effect is superior,compared with significant difference.2.Uterine artery embolization in combination with methotrexate chemotherapy treatment has less intraoperative blood loss.3.The high cost of uterine artery embolization,after interventional need to brake and grassroots hospital is more difficult to carry out.
